Noah McQueen breaks down the ACE framework: Action, Compressing time, and Execution. He shows how 15 seconds of a 10-minute speech scales to 91 days across a 10-year span, arguing that small time fractions matter more than they seem.
All right, we're gonna talk about 3 things tonight, and the acronym is ACE. All right, so that's action, compressing, we're talking about compressing time, and then execution. [SIGH] We're gonna talk about the timeframes really quick. And in ratio on tonight's speech that I'm gonna do, I'm allotted 10 minutes. 15 seconds out of that 10 minutes is 2.5%. Take that to 10 years and it's 91 days and 6 hours. That was a little awkward, yeah. If I only get 10 minutes to talk, do you agree I just wasted some time?
