Team leaders need Series 6 and Series 26 securities licenses to promote people to Regional Vice President. Without them, you can't advance ready recruits, which frustrates your team and blocks growth.
You got to get your Series 6 and 26 license. Okay, the company comes with leaders building other leaders. That means become RVP and promote other RVPs. So you guys know that if you're not having your Series 6, 26, not only you won't be able to promote RVP, I know there's some exceptions, but you you're not going to be able to promote other RVPs, guys. And one of the things that can happen to you, let's say you recruit someone and that person is ready and you don't have your license, that's, it's going to be a problem. So let's say you recruit me, I'm ready to go to RVP, at 30 I got my licenses and you my leader, because you don't have your 26, I'm not able to promote. So I'm going to be mad.
