A sales leader explains the 10-by-10 goal: recruit ten people who generate $10,000 in production by the 10th of each month to sustain the team. New recruits must be functional within 24 to 40 hours using social media and WhatsApp, then bring in their own recruit. The key is duplicating only what works.

So our main focus right now is recruiting, okay? Look, we heard 10 by 10 by the 10th at our last convention. We've been taking that to heart every single time, right? To get 10 recruits, $10,000 production by the 10th of the month. That is our goal. That will allow us to coast through the month, all right? That is our main focus, guys. Top 50, normal top 25s. We're a hot market. We're trying to build this thing ASAP, you know what I'm saying? So top 50, top 100, social media, WhatsApp, right? A recruit isn't a recruit until they get a recruit. All right? Remember that. You can put IBAs in all day every day, but if they have no team, they're not gonna stick around. Right? So we try to get wide and deep as soon as within 24 to 40 hours. All right? We want them to stick around, guys. And of course, duplication. All right? You want your team to duplicate what you're doing. Okay? The fat, the good stuff. Duplicate the good stuff, not the bad stuff. Okay? So duplicate whatever you're doing properly.
