You know, don't think you've arrived. If you publicly disrespect your upline, your team will publicly disrespect you. Look, it's okay to not agree with maybe an upline or sideline, but you should never say nothing about how they are as a person ever. That has nothing to do what we do here. Does that make sense, guys? You know, and I'll tell you guys this, my team knows that regardless of whatever the heck they do in life, that's not going to change my personal opinion of them as a person, right? Like, if I admit I have a lot of great people and some of them are not doing the great numbers, however, how they perform has nothing to do by how what I think about them them as a person, right? Guys, like, numbers come and go, but character stays forever. I'll take a person with good character that's committed, that's coachable, over somebody that's doing numbers. Sometimes numbers are misleading, right or wrong? I want to look at character, right?
