It's not your job to say, don't worry about it, I know, it's okay, everyone's going through struggles. It's our job to look them in the eye and say, God worked 5 days, 6 days and took 1 day off, you're working 5 days and taking 2 days off, how's that working out for you? It's time to go to work, come with us, make an extra $1,000 a week, let's fix this problem, right? How about this? It's okay if you don't have time to study for your licenses.
