We had someone in our base shop that got the life insurance license done, and then he says, you know what, I want to go for securities. How long should it take? Now listen, this is where a lot of you guys have to learn to set expectations, right? Because sometimes if you look around in the office, some people have studied for a little bit for that test. You know what I'm talking about? The SIE. So I looked at him in the eyes and I said, you know what, you could get it done within 2 to 3 weeks. Now is that true? Is that true if you want to get it done? Right or wrong? You can get it done? He passed the SIE in just 3 weeks. And again, it's because we set an expectation of a student, right? So being a student is so, so important.
