Be relentless about having every motivated person be trained to be pros, and you'll build a big base and you'll build a super hierarchy. That's, that's all I did. That's all I've taught over the years of the people within my organization. And I've helped a lot of people that aren't in my organization just with that focus as well. Every one of you is capable to build a great business. What you got to do, though, is you got to stay focused and you got to be relentless. You gotta be relentless. You gotta be like the drip. You know that drip when that leaky faucet is like that and it just doesn't let up and doesn't stop bugging you? That's gotta be you. You gotta do, you gotta be that person, okay? And if you are willing to do that and then you teach people what you've done, you actually transfer your knowledge and your skill sets and your know-how to the people that are motivated within your organization, that's how you're gonna build something great. And all of you are capable of doing that. There's nobody here that's not capable of that.
