Do the work. The, you know, the key, because you want to build— so I've, like I told you, I have 16,000 or 17,000 code numbers. And the key to that, the key to doing that, was teaching people how to sell. Because people don't quit when they make money, and they quit when they don't make money. And if you want to grow your organization, your biz, you got to retain people. You can't have people going like a revolving door where they're coming, they're going, they're coming and going. People have to stay. The only way that people can stay is because they got to make money. So my focus is always teaching people how to make money in the business so that they stay. And, and, and that's what you all need to do if you want to really grow your organization and develop something significant. I focused on training people so well that they were super confident and they knew how to recruit and train people consistently because, you know, as I said, people quit because they're not able to do that.
