So one of my biggest obstacles in this business was thinking that I can outwork a negative environment. So my family, most of my family didn't support me. My only supporter, my number one fan was my mom. And then so there was times that I work hard, working hard is not a problem for me, but my environment was extremely negative. So yeah, you can self-develop, listen to Hector Lamarque, listen to what Bill Arrender, Bill Whittle, but if your environment is negative, you're not gonna make it. So that was something that I had to change. I had to make sure I changed my environment. If they're not giving me recruits premium, a sale, putting money in my pocket, I had to cut them off. So that was a challenge that I had to overcome.
