You're both the problem and solution in your own life. Building a career in someone else's organization means building their dream, not yours. One decisive choice can shift you from living someone else's vision to constructing your own.
But there's one of my favorite talks is where he says, I am the only problem and I'm the only solution. And I would reprogram myself over and over and over again. Brittany and I spent years and years and years and years self-developing, working on ourselves, right? So we could impact everyone around us. And I don't care if it really isn't your problem or what. No matter what, you could always have done something better. Would you guys agree with me on that? Would you guys agree with me on that? And just as cheesy as it is, it's freaking true. If you don't go build a dream life in Primerica, you're literally going to be doing it for someone else. Well, like, what are you thinking? And it's so crazy to me, like, all it takes is one real decision.
