Network marketers waste energy on people who quit and their upline's moves. Focus instead on recruiting your own downline, since the home office pays commissions. Your success depends on who you bring in, not on anyone else's doubts.
What about recruiting, right? We have to recruit people. Thank God somebody recruited somebody who recruited somebody who recruited somebody who recruited somebody, recruited my father, who recruited me, and all the 5 people in between quit. But why are you focused on who's quitting? Like, oh, my upline doesn't want to do the business. Who cares? Your upline doesn't cut the check. Home office cuts the check. Right. Everybody's worried about the sideline. The doubt. The only people you should be focused is you and your downline. Right. It doesn't matter what other people want to do or achieve. It's what you want. So you have to recruit your way to the top.
