It's called the law of attraction, and you'll attract those kind of people. You say, well, I don't have any people like that. It's because you're not like that. You can't attract what you're not. Now, if I ask you how many people you have on your team and you don't have anybody on your team, what's that say about you? Think. You're not, you're unattractive. Now think, that's tough to admit, but guys, that's a law of attraction. And John Maxwell is the number one leadership trainer in the world. And he said, if you think you're a leader and you look around behind you and nobody's following you, you're just out for a walk, but nobody's following you.
