A man survived cardiac arrest in Baton Rouge, declared clinically dead for 32 minutes. He credits his drive to keep going to a sense of responsibility to his Lord and others, viewing his survival as a divine second chance he can't waste.
I know with me, a big part of my continuation, why do I keep going? Because I always feel like this, maybe it's wrong, maybe it's an ego, maybe I don't know what it is, but I really do have a philosophy that if I let up, I'm letting somebody down. Now maybe that's not true, but that's how I feel. I don't wanna let my Lord down. I don't wanna, as if he give me another breath like he did 4 years ago when I had a cardiac arrest, they pronounced me dead, I was dead for 32 minutes.
