A speaker uses lions learning to hunt as a metaphor for leadership. Cubs aren't born ready; they need training, struggle, and setbacks. He tells listeners to stop fearing challenges like getting your face kicked in, because hardship is how you become strong.
Everything a lion goes through on a hunt, he's developing, and they are developing themselves for the future. Look at those little baby cubs. Are they in any condition to hunt and train and get prey for their pack right now, for their pride? No. How do they get to be these big, muscly, fantastic beasts? They have to go through it to get to it. Yes or yes? Some of you guys are so worried about going out there and getting your face kicked in once in a while. Who cares? There's only two types of appointments. You ready for this? I'm gonna bless your life right now, Adam. Why?
