If somebody recruits you into Primerica, what are they saying? We think you can be something special. You need to be so bold in your approach of recruiting because you really can offer somebody something, and you ought to be bold enough to tell them you have something to offer this company, and together we can do some great things. So that's kind of what this guy did to me. He said, we want to talk to you about Primerica. We think you could really dominate this area. And well, that's all I needed to hear. Yeah, I'm, I'm the dominator, you know, because that's how I felt myself as a basketball player and a basketball coach. So anyhow, I went down, took my lunch break, and went over to see the guy. And I was working 8 o'clock in the morning to about 10, 11 o'clock every night, 6 days a week. I did that all my years in coaching because I wanted to be a great coach.
