A former cleaning business owner and construction worker moved into financial coaching. They now help people improve their finances and recruit teammates, using existing contracts to bring others into the work faster.
But when we move over here, we have no idea that we could be working in finances, changing people's life. We had a— I work with— on the cleaning business in Naples. A lot of rich people here, right? So I had a business for 20 years. My work— my husband worked in construction for 20 years. And we never imagined that we would be here helping other people change their future and change our future too. So we are doing this for our next generation. We are doing this to change lives, to help people get better, to help teammates come on board and change their future, to change their kids' future. So that's how we are building and going after to change our next generation. So I guess my presentation messed it up, but this is what we did. We are taking advantage of our contract, getting people on board and get them duplicate what we did. So we think they can do faster than that.
