In this segment of the leadership presentation, the speaker emphasizes that the singular, defining responsibility of a Regional Vice President (RVP) is to create and develop additional RVPs. Unlike district or division leaders, who cannot generate RVPs, the RVP role uniquely enables the replication of its own position. The speaker argues that once an individual attains the RVP level, their focus should shift to duplicating their own success by mentoring and promoting others into the same role, thereby multiplying leadership capacity within the organization.

Right? Right? Good, okay. So now you do that, you're an RVP. When you go to RVP, you got one job to do. Produce RVPs. The best part of being an RVP, what makes you different than districts, divisions, regional leaders, it's the only level you can produce other RVPs. Divisions can't produce RVPs. Districts cannot produce RVPs. RVPs produce RVPs. So when you get to RVP, you now are able to do that. And if it's good enough for your RVP to produce, to promote you, guess what you want to do? You want to duplicate yourself.
