I can tell you this. If you're 1 in every category, you can change the first one quickly. It's called prospecting. You don't have to know much of anything to prospect. Today you could put a post on your Facebook or ask a friend to put a post on Facebook that says, my company's expanding. We're looking for people who want to make money part-time. Let me know if you're interested. That's prospecting. You could build a lead. You could dump your phone and— right? So prospecting, everyone could be a 10 at today. As a matter of fact, when you're brand new and you prospect and people ask you questions, you can say, I'm new, I really don't know the answer. Let's talk to my manager. You've been there for 3 weeks. You gotta start to know something. But they're not, I don't know, but I need help. I'm in training. Will you help me? That's prospecting.
