5 Shocking Truths About GuruNanda Toothpaste!

Puneet Nanda, creator of Guru Nanda toothpaste, explains why he chose ingredients like micro hydroxyapatite instead of fluoride, essential oils instead of synthetic mint, and sodium lauryl sarcosinate instead of SLS. He spent two years formulating the paste to bridge ancient wisdom and modern science, focusing on remineralization through saliva and minerals like Celtic sea salt.

So one thing that is common between black and white, rich and poor, old or young, man or woman, whatever is your dental hygiene, which is a toothpaste, a toothbrush that is common to practically everybody. And why is it so important? Because this is something that you use every day. You don't eat beans every day. You, you don't wear the same color of clothes every day, you don't wear the same Nike shoes every day, but you use a toothpaste every day. You can wear slippers and you can wear jackets and you can wear other things, but toothpaste, you use toothpaste every morning. So why is it important? Because according to Ayurveda, your body is very hungry. Let's say you ate your last meal last night at 7pm and now it's already 7am in the morning. 12 hours you've been hungry. That is why you call it breakfast. When you take a breakfast means you're breaking a fast. So that means your body is anxious to get whatever it can. You know, that is the feeling. And what is the first thing you put in your mouth? A toothpaste. So what happens if your toothpaste has peppermint that is actually just peppermint by name and not real peppermint from the plant of peppermint? What would happen? Did you know most of the toothpaste today? Not most, quite a few of the toothpaste. I don't want to get sued on from companies that will come after us. I'm not naming everybody, but a lot of the companies are using the mint from a company called in China called NHU or Bayer or any of these companies. Anybody that makes mint that is from petrochemicals that is being used in a toothpaste. Do you agree with me, and this is a question, I'm not giving you any answers to that. Do you agree with me? When your body is hungry, first thing you do in your mouth is a toothpaste and that mint that you feel, the smell that goes into your limbic brain, that basically also gets taken directly into your bloodstream, into your body because that's also a sensory organ, right? Your smelling sense, your smelling sense, your tasting sense. These are all major sensory organs, right? Whenever you smell something bad, right away you feel bad. Whenever you smell coffee. Let's say if you went to a housewarming or let's say if you went to see a house for rent and there's somebody who's making some bagels and some cookies and some coffee pot, you start to feel good. Why you start to feel like home. Why? Because your sense of smell is actually making you make feel good. Similarly, in a toothpaste, when you smell something that is minty, but it's not real mint and when you taste something that is minty, and this is early morning, your mouth is very full of membranes full of blood capillaries. All these blood capillaries are going to get a high absorption rate or whatever is in your toothpaste. And what happens, whatever is in your toothpaste is something that you shouldn't be putting in your mouth. What happens then? It is a overload to your liver or overload to your bloodstream, overload to your body. Everything is going ultimately into your body. Even though it's minute, but it's still going. But remember, very small minute inward dilution of something that is not required every single day becomes big because you're going to use the toothpaste twice a day, 365 days a week. Now it's 700 times of very small thing becomes a big thing, right? So that is why it is very important that you actually read the ingredients. And that is why when I was growing up, I was ignorant. I did not know that. Okay, this is important. Nobody taught me. And incidentally, you guys are lucky you are able to watch YouTube in my back in the day we hardly had any television. One house amongst 10 had black and white television and that also had maybe 15 minutes a day of songs and 15 minutes a day of news and 15 minutes and 30 minutes a day of telling. Like how to grow crops in it was very regulated. Now you have the advantage. So learn from other people's experience. So let me come to the real reason why I'm telling you all this. Because I want to make you understand how I made the Guru Nanda toothpaste. And why is it so important and why each ingredient matters to you. So what is toothpaste made up of? Let me decipher it very easily. You need a small abrasive abrasive so that it can actually. It has to be a very gentle abrasive. Because if you use a very harsh abrasive, it will actually erode your enamel like a lot of charcoal. Toothpaste started becoming popular about few years ago to whiten the teeth. No bueno. According to me. And everything I'm saying is my own personal opinion. It is just for entertainment and education to some degree for some somebody who's really following me or if mostly for entertainment. The charcoal toothpaste that the trend started, all the big companies followed. Everybody Started to make a charcoal toothpaste. Is that good for you? If the charcoal particle size is big, that is very abrasive, it's going to make your enamel thinner, which means your enamel, although it's so strong, it's the strongest part in your body, it's still going to wear out. It's still going to wear out because although it's strong, it's the daily occurrence of the incidence that matters. You need abrasive. You need some kind of a sweetener that's not sugary. Because sugar, what it does is it feeds on the bacteria. The bacteria produce acid. The acid ends up dementralizing your teeth, which is causing cavities and all sorts of problems. So in any mouth, at any given time, there is two activities that are taking place. One is demineralization. The other is remineralization. So either you are demineralizing at any given point of time or you are mineralizing. What is remineralizing? Remineralizing means. So these teeth are made up of hydroxyapatite. To make it easy, Let me explain your saliva. Because whatever you're eating, your food, your intake of your vegetables, your fruits, everything, ultimately your body ends up making it into healthy saliva. Okay? One of the part of your body's mechanism is making saliva. So that saliva is the one that actually is the best remineralizing agent you have in your whole body. That saliva is so important. It is the most underrated thing in oral care. Saliva. So people who have dry mouth really understand how horrible it is. Patients who actually get mouth cancer, who get head and neck cancer, who get radiotherapy or chemotherapy, they realize all of a sudden they have dry mouth or Sjohn syndrome. If those people realize they are fish without water. Imagine if you didn't have saliva in your mouth. You'll be, what do I do? I'm not trying to make faces, but what do I do? This is a horrible, horrible, horrible situation. Dry mouth. And when the mouth is dry, what happens? It's open playing field for the bad bacteria to grow. Open playing field, why? Because whatever acid gets produced, it's going to destroy the enamel. Okay? Whenever there is saliva, it is the mucus, the mucous part of the saliva that is going to ph neutralize it. That ph neutralization helps with alkalinity in case it's too acidic. And what happens in return is that whole saliva actually is loaded with minerals, with calcium, with phosphate, whatever is required, it will go and re mineralize your teeth, and it will go and ph balance it is not getting demineralized. You are remineralizing simultaneously. So it's, it's that process that continues to take place all the time. Inner toothpaste. What else do you need apart from the sugar? That's not sugar. Like sweetness. That's not sugar. So most people either put. There are companies, big companies I've seen that are putting in their mouthwashes and their toothpaste, even sodium, saccharine, aspartame and other things. I said, okay, that is something that is not acceptable to me. There's a lot of study already that these are things that are in somewhat way even carcinogenic or somewhat way not healthy for you. I'm not going to go into details as I'm not going after every any company. I just want to mind my own business. When I made my toothpaste, I said, okay, what would I use personally and what would I make my family use? Really make me feel like I'm leaving a legacy. Because it says Guru Nanda. Nanda is my last name. What would make me leave a legacy? Guru Nanda means guru is teacher. Nanda is my last name. Why did I form this company? I wanted you, you to be the guru of your own wellness. Because most of the times you go to a doctor, he gives you one opinion. You go to the second one, he gives you another opinion. You go to the third one, he gives you another opinion and you're like, what is the real opinion? So what is the real opinion? You got to be the guru of your own wellness. You got to learn, you got to educate. Because this is your temple, your body. If you don't take care of your own temple, who will? Nobody, nobody's gonna come from above and say this is the right decision for you today. Because 20 years ago I went to Mayo Clinic. True story, Mayo Clinic. The guy said, oh, you have this and this and this problem. You need to stop butter and you need to start eating. It's not butter. I immediately came back home, I packed all my ghee and all those things that I got from get from Indian market and butter, threw it in the trash. I started ordering it's not butter. And then 10 years later, all of a sudden, every study that is coming out, everybody's drinking ghee and coffee, butter, grass fed butter and coffee. And they're talking about how it's not butter is hydrogenated, how all these other seed oils are bad. So what do you want? What you want is be the guru of your own wellness. Ancient wisdom. Go with how people, people have Lived on this earth for thousands of years. I know America is only 3, 400 years old, but people in India and China, in Co Korea and some of the Asian countries, they've been around for hundreds of years. And how have they survived? They've survived on certain wisdom and we need to learn from it. We did forget it. Why did we forget it? Because all of a sudden these big pharma companies, these big food companies, they started gobbling small guys. And all these small guys, they were gobbled these big, became owned by eight or 10, 20, 30 big families, big companies, monarchies, whatever that some people call them deep State, I don't call them, but whatever that is. So what happens then? They control the narrative. You're their puppets, you're their slaves. They tell you what is right and what is wrong for you. Whether it is right, I don't know. Whether it is wrong, I don't know. Somebody in 1960s and 70s decided to put fluoride in the water. It's been there and still in most of the states, most of the counties. Is it good or bad? I'm not ready to tell that. But it's for you to be the guru of your own wellness and decide what's good for you. So whole premises of starting off with Guru Nanda was to make sure I be the enabler. I give you whatever knowledge I have gained, make you enable you to be the guru of your own wellness. You will be the guru of your own brother. So let me explain you each product, why I chose each ingredient. So I was going through the abrasive part. So normally people put calcium carbonate, bentonite, clay, you can have any of those. I chose silica. The reason I chose silica is the least abrasive and it really is the least allergic to any meth. Number two, I added sodium bicarbonate, which is baking soda. Baking soda. A lot of dentists say, oh, this is bad, that is bad. Listen. And then there's a lot of dentists who say swear by. So it's again a controversial subject. But you know what it is? I know what it is. Not only do we get the alkalinity from baking soda, not only do we get the clean cleansing provided by the baking soda, we get the grit from the baking soda, we get all the benefits of the baking soda. It's, it's an amazing, amazing, miraculous product. I feel everything that I say is again my personal view. Then I added some essential oils. Now there's some dentists, even functional dentists who are against essential oils. And then there Are a lot of people who say they don't know anything about it. They don't care. These are highly decorated dentists. Then there are a lot of dentists who say these are amazing. But as somebody who has studied aromatherapy, as somebody who eats all these things because anything we've used is from the kitchen. So when the dentist who's nowadays a big talk on YouTube or Instagram comes and talks bad about essential oils, tell you one thing. Tell him, does he eat cardamom? Does he eat something like spearmint or peppermint? If he says no, then it's okay. Whatever we have put is in very minute ratio. So the devil is in the dosage. If the dosage is minute enough, it helps you decrease that bacterial overload. Okay? Simultaneously giving you all the benefits. Microdosing. It's called microdosing. Then peppermint. You know, I've been having peppermint tea since childhood. I'm sure a lot of you have had that. Tell me now, then you might remember Mars chewing gum with peppermint in it or spearmint in it, or even the big red with the cinnamon in it. Whether they put real or not, I don't know. I've not studied that. But I know back in the day when the synthetics were not there, for sure, it was the real deal. Then cardamom. I actually put cardamom in my tea every morning. Cardamom is carbonative. Even if you go to Indian restaurant, they give you some fennel and cardamom to be eaten after food. Not only does that take your breath, fix your breath, that is also given. Because in Ayurveda, it is believed that will create a healthy microbiome in your mouth. It will help your salivary glands get activated. And why do salivary glands matter? Because once the salivary glands are activated, that means more saliva. More saliva. What does that do? That means better digestion. Where does your digestion start from? Not from your gut. Your digestion starts from your mouth. Your mouth is the starting point of your digestion. A lot of people, when they use some of the totally antibacterial, anti germicide, antimicrobial, 99.9% germs killed kind of mouthwashes. What does that do? That kills your entire microbiome. What does happen in that time? Your no 2 production in your mouth, the pathway that is used is your no 2 production actually happens because there's some bacteria that are on the back end of your tongue that actually on or your paranasal area that actually convert the nitrates that you eat through a nitric oxide pathway, and that nitric oxide is helpful in dilation of your blood vessels so you get lower blood pressure. One of the things you can do is stop using a 99.9% kill mouthwash for like two weeks and see if you see a lowering of the blood pressure. There's a lot of studies on that. Check it out. I'm not saying I made those studies, but there is studies on Internet. Go check it out. When you look at some of the other things that we have, why did I chose them, like menthol freshness. Apart from that, menthol is in general. It's one of the ingredients that is used in Tiger balm. What does it do? It's analgesic. It's a natural analgesic. Where do you derive menthol from? Menthol is derived from peppermint, too. There's two varieties of peppermint, actually many varieties. But the two major varieties are peppermint, which is Mentha arvensis, which has high quantity of menthol, and peppermint, which is Mentha pepperita, which is called. Which is the one that we use in most of the chewing gums, if they're real or in our toothpaste. Now, remember, not a lot of toothpaste. Put the real peppermint. They put the peppermint that is made in factories. We make. We put peppermint made by God in farms. Farm to Jew or farm to tube or farm to bottle. That's our whole deal. So what else is in there? Jasmine. Why don't we add jasmine? It's a very expensive product. Probably more expensive than the cost of 50% of the products. Why did we put in it Jasmine? Jasmine, if you guys know, has been used over centuries to calm people down. Like, if you remember, you might have seen. If you've. Anybody of any one of you have seen Indian movies, right before the wedding, the girl is wearing a little flower of jasmine on the. On the hair band. Why do they do that? It is. It has many uses. One of them is because it's a aphrodisiac. Basically, it arouses the emotion. It arouses the sentiment. It arouses. It increases the blood flow. Why do we use it in a toothpaste? Because you want to actually calm down. Because it helps you rest and digest. You want to do everything in a calm manner. Because most of them are aggressive brushers. Most of the time when you are 35, 40, you go to a dentist. First thing you'll see the dentist will say, oh, you got gum recession. Why do you have gum recession? Gum recession is becoming such a huge major, literally a major, major problem. And why? Because people are grinding teeth at night and people are brushing aggressively now. They don't realize. Why do they brush aggressively? Because subconscious stress is causing that. Brushing aggressively subconsciously. And what is happening? You are brushing so hard that you're rupturing your entire gum line. That is my reason of putting such an expensive product. Tell me any company in this world today that is putting real jasmine. I don't know of any, but I did it just for you guys. Let me tell you other ingredients. Let's come to Neem. What is neem? Neem is a tree that grows in India. It is a very unique tree to India. I don't know if maybe it's in some other parts of Southeast Asia. I don't know. But neem has been used for centuries. Centuries. And neem bark was chewed. Now like in Middle east they used to chew niswak. In India they used to chew neem. That's how people, civilizations have taken care of their mouth. Neem is antimicrobial, antibacterial. In reality, in countries like India where there's ayurvedic body and there's a medical science body, neem is a real product. Neem is like in United States, fluoride is the only product that makes you lets you call a toothpaste antimicrobial. Only product. Only product, Trust me. And is that the truth? No, it's far away from the truth. There's many products that can actually be antimicrobial. And secondly, is fluoride good? I don't know. It's a controversial subject. And also let me tell you the again, there is in the dosage because all these big companies, what they've done is. Show me this toothbrush, my friend. A lot of these big companies, what they've done is over the years these marketing guys wanted to make their bonus. What do they do? They actually go right on the toothpaste tube. Use a pea sized toothpaste. That's how much fluoride you should take in your toothpaste because it's a very poisonous material. Like every toothpaste with fluoride has a warning sign on it. If you take too much, go control to a poison control center. Why do they have to write that warning if it was not poisonous? It is poisonous, but the devil is in the dosage. If you add a tiny bit like this much pea size, it's fine because your body can handle it. Your body is made to handle it. But if the overzealous marketing guy who was looking at the Wall street stock and his big bosses, the so called, I won't say the name. Those people dictate everything, then you actually do this as a child. You watch this. What happens when you grow up. This is how much toothpaste you're watching using that is 10x20, maybe 15x of toothpaste that you use now. Not only is it hurting your dad's pocket as a kid or your pocket as adult, it is actually hurting your own health. Because there is a study which shows that overuse of tooth fluoride is actually causing low iq. It is causing dementia, it is causing other problems. There's studies on it. I'm not saying that there's proper studies on it. When I made this toothpaste, you just need a pea size. If you feel too much flavor, use less. I'm not trying to sell you this. I'm not trying to grab money out of your pockets. That's not the goal of Guru Nanda. Guru Nanda is all about bridging the gap. So for people who did not want an option for fluoride, let's say if you really didn't want fluoride, what do you do? Because all the big companies, they have fluoride on it because they want to make a claim. Anti black, anti gingivitis. How can you make a claim? You can only make a claim if you use FDA monogram. And what does the FDA monogram have? It has to have an active ingredient. And if you put an active ingredient, that's the only way you can actually make a claim. Anti plaque claim, anti gingivitis claim. Otherwise they'll come after you. They'll come after you. Trust me, it's not an easy road. That is why most of the small companies are unable to survive. Because number one, their costs are high because their economies of scale aren't there. Luckily, I have a lot of supply chain expertise and I wanted to use that to bring it to you. But they are quite constantly coming after me. I'm having whatever little money I make, I'm having to spend it on legal belts because they are constantly coming after me. Constantly. Let's see how long I can keep doing the service for you. I don't know. But this is my mission. I'll continue as long as I can. So what product could I use to fortify your enamel apart from fluoride? How does fluoride Work. For example, fluoride. Fluoride is an amazing product if used correctly in small quantities, very small quantities. And it can help because it actually forms like a band aid on top of a micro nanopore. That forms because of the acid production of the streptococcus mutants, the bad bacteria which cause cavities or other species. They all are producing acid. That acid is actually demineralizing your enamel and cavity production can start. But what do you do? You have to ph neutralize. So one cheapest thing you can do is after eating your meal, you should go and wash your mouth with plain water. Some simple thing, just use your finger. Use a little soft butter on gums, toothbrush. I rather use my finger. I know it's a little gross for some people, but you know what? It's my body, I'll use it. And just, just clean up your teeth. If you have nothing else available, clean up your teeth. If you have teeth spaces between your teeth, use a little floss pick or a floss. I would suggest even a travel flosser or water flosser or something. Or just swish, at least swish with water so that you keep your pee, you help your own body, keep that ph neutral. Your dry mouth is lesser. The dry mouth causes cavities. Okay, so what, what, what do I do now to change that fluoride? Because I wanted to give you a fluoride free option and options are very limited. And the ones that had no fluoride in it, they did not have a substitute in it. Now there's a couple of companies that came up with nano hydroxyapatite. So now I started studying on nano hydroxyapatite. Nano hydroxyapatite is the nanosynthetic form of hydroxyapatite. Synthetic form of hydroxyapatite that is very, very, very minute. So minute that it's nanoparticle size, which means that it can cross the blood brain barrier. So there's some controversial studies that came out on it too. Like everything in life, everything has double edged sword. What was the controversial study on nano hydroxyapatite? It was that nano hydroxyapatite can actually calcify some of your tissues, some of your organs. Why? Because it can cross the blood brain barrier. So I know one thing. What is good today, 10, 20 years from now? It's not good till, until it has been studied for ages. I don't want you to be a guinea pig. I don't want you to be the lab mice. That's not me who will put you to become a Lab mice. So what do I do? I looked at the hydroxyapatite, the micro crystals that do not cross the blood brain barrier, the micro size of hydroxyapatite that your bones are made up of, that your enamel is made up of. Right. So I took that hydroxyapatite and I. And I added that to the toothpaste. Good. Are you, Are you satisfied with that? So that's exactly. I was. That's why I added that. So I added the hydroxyapatite to fortify the enamel. Now, this is controversial. It's not approved by fda. It was used by NASA, the nano hydroxyapatite, but that was used in tray formats for and in very controlled environments. Now there's a company in Japan that puts in a toothpaste. They say, but they say that they have spherical nano hydroxyapatite particles, their own proprietary technology. Now there's certain companies in Spain and China that are selling their products. Everything. It's like wild west. So I didn't want to go the wild west for you. There's a couple of companies that are doing really well that are going wild west way or they are at least they're bitten in that direction. I still am not convinced. Maybe that's the right way. I don't know. But for people who are ready to take the risk, they can do whatever they want. I am a conservative person. I will not take the risk. If I'm not going to take the risk on me or my family member, I'm not going to take the risk on you. I am just enabler. I want you to be the guru of your own wellness. So that said hydroxyapatite to replace the fluoride was one of the choices I made. Instead of all the flavors, you know what the flavors are made up of? Flavors are made up of so many ingredients that are mostly petrochemical based. When you read fragrance or flavor word behind, you don't have to declare. In the 1960s, 70s, these lobbyists got big lumps of money. Probably. I don't know, I'm just going on the conspiracy theory. Got big lumps of money and they made flavor a code word so you can write flavor and it could have any of the 2,000 ingredients in there that come in that flavor category. And they can be mixed in any which way and can be delivered and called a flavor. They don't have to declare it to you. There's a little regulation that is probably going to be coming soon there where they are going to be making it mandatory because there's a group of lobbyists who are trying to actually make it mandatory. I would love that because a lot of them are carcinogenic. Whenever you read fragrance or flavor, like a lot of women, they are putting all the fragrance all over their body, Walking like a fragrance factory. What are they doing? They're not only hurting their own self, they're hurting their partner, their fellow beings, their fellow friends. It's not a joke, is it? No, it's not a joke. So when you can restrict somebody from smoking in public, why don't you restrict somebody from putting so much fragrance that is full of carcinogenins to be around you? Why? You know, I was in Emirates Airlines. I'm not against anybody, by the way. And a woman was sitting right next to me and she had so much fragrance on. So much fragrance on that literally. I normally take oregano oil capsules with me. So I had to eat oregano oil capsule to make sure I just don't start sneezing and fall ill. So much fragrance on. And it's allowed while smoking is banned? This is allowed. Is it good? I don't think. Again, instead of all those flavors, I put in all those essential oils instead of the abrasive products that we had a choice. I'm not saying any of them is bad. They are all good. But I made a choice for silica for you. You make your choice. If you want to use this paste baking soda. I chose it. Neem. I chose it. Then apart from that, I also chose two other essential oils that are slightly controversial to a few people and. But to me, they are very good. One of them is tea tree. Tea tree has been antiseptic back in the days in World War I, it was in every soldier's emergency pack, but because it was only grown in Australia. And by the way, just to let you know, in Australia, when they grew tea tree, people who actually grew tea tree didn't have to go for they were not drafted in the military because they. If they declared they were tea tree farmers, they were let alone, they were not drafted. Why? Because it was such an important crop. But that logistics was becoming very difficult. You know, America is a war economy. Back in the 1900, early 1900s, there were two big world wars. Huge world wars, right. And many small wars. The Korean War, the Vietnamese war, the. All these wars everywhere. So what happened in. In those war times? In those war times, a lot of products got manufactured. They say that necessity is the mother of invention. So if you can't transport the tea tree, what do you do? You come up with Something that is easily made in a factory in Chicago or somewhere else and can be transported to the battlefields. That's how a lot of the products started to get made. Back in those days, a lot of of products were made based on war requirements, preservatives. Why were they used? They made it so that when people are going on war, the soldiers are going on war, they can carry a lot of food with them in packaged food that has preservatives so that it won't go bad. They don't have the luxury sitting when bullet is going to hit you on one side to cook their own food and eat fresh seasonal and regional food. They don't have that luxury. So what do they do? This is what economy at play. America made that play. So all these companies, what did they. They have, they had a lot of American government dollars. They grew. And as any entrepreneur, when he grows, what does he do? He wants to grow bigger. List his company on Wall street, ring the New York Stock Exchange bell. That bell is the dream of every entrepreneur. That's the dream. So what happens then? Every quarter you are, you have to report, every quarter you have to show profit. So what happens then? You keep doing stuff like I told you about the toothpaste, the big thing, big blog of toothpaste that I shown on television. That's what happens. That's one of the results. Then certain people talk about one company making this tube size bigger so that more toothpaste is consumed. You know, such tactics happen. And there are certain companies that had make cheese crackers didn't have even 15% cheese in it. These companies have been dictated by Wall Street. Their bonus dictates everything. You have to be the guru of your own wellness. You going forward. What else did I add? Oregano oil. Why oregano oil? Oregano oil has a very amazing ingredient in it called Carvacrol. There is a saying, and I don't know how true this is, but there's a saying when every antibiotic is going to fail, when bacteria is going to run wild. By the way, you know that your entire body, you're like a running, walking microbe. Your body is made up of millions and billions of microbes. You're a giant microbe. That's what you are, right? You're a giant intelligent microbe. That's what you are. I wanted to put a microdosing of oregano in it so that you actually can ensure your mouth stays the best in its best form. It's a very microdose. It's exactly right where it Needs to be. So I've used tons of my experience, tons of experience of farmers in Greece, in Italy, in Bulgaria, in Turkey. I've used those experts. I've used aromatherapists in house as well as I've outsourced the best of the best. When we created this, it's a work of art. It took me two years to create it. And it is a work of art, literally work of art, but work of science too. Everything is science backed. So it's all amalgamation. Bridging the gap between the ancient wisdom and the modern science that's all about it. Bridging the gap so that the underserved can be served the best product in the market at a price that they can afford. So what else is in there? Let's read it. I talked to you about practically everything but one other ingredient that's very important, that's again to some people, controversial. To others not is xylitol. Xylitol is a sugar alcohol. And xylitol is the kind of sugar that bacteria love to eat. Because bacteria love sugar, by the way, like you, bacteria love sugar. But when bacteria eat xylitol, they cannot process it. So. So when they can't process it, they die. Xylitol is an amazing product, but then there are certain people who are probably, I feel, and this is my personal opinion, paid by the sugar lobby, sugar cane lobby. I don't know, but there's a study which says xylitol is bad, it causes cardiovascular issues, blah, blah, blah. Anyways, I don't think it's bad, but you're the guru of your own wellness. Make sure if you have pets, don't use this toothpaste on your pet. Because dogs cannot process anything xylitol. So not everything human is meant for dogs. Don't try to push everything that is human on dogs. I've seen in Beverly Hills when you go on Rodeo Drive, you see little puppies with all kinds of human objects, human rings and diamond things and. Or on their dogs. You can do that. But don't use a xylitol toothpaste on your dog, please. Coming to the next thing. Stevia. We do not use stevia chemical stevia. We use stevia leaf extract. Stevia is a plant. Like this plant. Stevia is a plant, for God's sake. Many people think stevia is some chemical. No, we use stevia leaf extract. So coming to the next ingredient is arginine. Now what is arginine? Arginine helps in. Again, no. 2 production nitric oxide production. Okay? And it is an amazing ingredient because it keeps your mouth healthy, and it also helps with sensitivity in case you are having any sensitivity in the mouth. I personally believe it's an amazing product, and you do your own study. Another unbelievable product that we've added. Ingredient that we have added is Celtic Sea Salt. Why did I choose Celtic sea Salt? Who wants salt in their toothpaste? Now, I got a comment saying your toothpaste is like eating mixture of salt and pepper and some flowers. Okay, guys, you can go back to your sugary sweets that you like, Sweet toothpaste that you like. That's fine. I made something for people who are considerate, for people who want something pure. After using this toothpaste, go use any other toothpaste. You'll feel the difference. That is when you will feel the difference. Celtic sea Salt, it has got hundreds of minerals in it, and all you need is a little microdosing of it early morning, okay? It not only cleanses you, it also fortifies your entire microbiome. It's an amazing, amazing, amazing. Your saliva is fortified. I don't know if you guys trust everybody, because everybody in this world is controversial, but Barbara o' Neill talks a lot about Celtic Sea Salt. In case you're YouTube listeners listen to her. It's an amazing product, and I think you will ultimately come to enjoy the benefits of it. So all things added, we added a little bit of coconut oil and a little bit of other things required to make it into a toothpaste, a stable toothpaste, a toothpaste that can be preserved properly because we believe in safe synthetics. So in case we add a emulsifier, we ensure that the emulsifier is safe. If, in case we add some. Any kind of thing that is added in us, in this toothpaste, it's added with prayer and with a lot of heart in it, a lot of love in it. We do not add sodium lauryl sulfate, which is the surfactant, which is the most important thing in any commercial toothpaste, but we instead have added sodium lauryl sarcosinate. It's not the sodium lauryl sulfate, because a lot of people have issues with that. So we added a alternative that is supposedly a lot, lot, lot better. This toothpaste comes in 4.2 ounces. I am sure you will fall in love with using it. It's such a small thing, and I probably took your 50 minutes of your life away. But let me tell you, if you used it, use this toothpaste as a part of your healthy oral regimen which includes oil pulling, tongue scraping, brushing with Guru Nanda, toothpaste, rinsing, water flossing, flossing that 10 minutes of time every day. In the evening, do the entire routine and oil pulling can be just in the morning. I think you'll you'll be very happy. You'll come and thank me one day. Or at least write a comment.
