Puneet Nanda’s Top Natural Wellness Secrets!

A short YouTube monologue by Puneet Nanda describing practical uses, sourcing, and key constituents of common essential oils (tea tree, frankincense, lavender, clove, rosemary, eucalyptus, peppermint, orange, lemongrass), with safety guidance to dilute before topical use and a brand/product call-to-action. The speaker lists which oil to use for specific complaints (acne, aging skin, sleep, toothache, hair loss, stuffy nose, headache, depression, anxiety), gives a dilution ratio (1 drop essential : ~20 drops carrier), describes geographic sources for each oil, names principal active constituents (e.g., terpineols, boswellic acid, linalool, eucalyptol), and reiterates that oils can be diffused or applied diluted. The clip ends with an invitation to ask questions and subscribe.

Got acne? Use tea tree oil. Aging skin? Use frankincense oil. Can't sleep? Use lavender oil. Toothache? Use clove oil. Hair loss? Use rosemary oil. Stuffy nose? Use eucalyptus oil. Getting a headache? Use peppermint oil. Feeling depressed? Use orange oil. Feeling anxious? Use lemongrass oil. Do not forget, essential oils could be very irritating if you put them directly on your skin. So always dilute them in a carrier oil. The carrier oil could be vitamin E that we produce, which is basically MCT derived from the coconut oil. Or you could actually use it in any carrier oil like castor oil or any oil of your choice. So for every one drop of essential oil, you got to add about 20 drops of carrier oil. Essential oils are the ones that can evaporate. These are derived through steam distillation or through pressing. Now, most of these are steam distilled except the orange oil. So orange oil is derived from the peel of an orange. And let me explain you where the tea tree comes from. Our tea tree oil comes from either Australia or the plant of tea tree of Australian origin that is actually sown in South Africa. Number two, the frankincense oil is either in Oman or in India. The Indian frankincense oil is in abundance and there is less possibility of it getting mixed up. So the Bosphalia serratus is the one that is the most used frankincense oil. I personally only believe in Boswalia serratas, which is frankincense oil. Lavender comes from Bulgaria or France. Those are the two best countries. Now normally you always get the lavender from the area that is known to grow lavender, like Kazanlak in Bulgaria. That is where we get our lavender oil from. Clove is either in Indonesia or in Madagascar. We get our clove oil from Madagascar, which is the best rosemary is either in Morocco or some other parts like Spain and China. But truly the best of the best rosemary is in Morocco and we get it from Morocco itself. Eucalyptus, the best eucalyptus is either in Australia or in China. We get it from China because I believe the globalists is the best. And there is nothing that beats the Chinese eucalyptus, the peppermint. Peppermint is known worldwide to be either from India or from United States in Yakima Valley near Seattle. Now, if you get it from Yakima Valley, it's sweeter. If you get it from India, it's mintier. It's from a small region in India called Uttar Pradesh. We get 80% of our oil that we use in diffusers or in essential oils from India. And then the Ones that we add in our oil pulling products just like this are actually coming from the ones that you get that we add in coconut oil. Pulling like this one, we actually get it from Yakima Valley because it's got a mintier, sweeter taste. So this is the one. Anything edible, we try to add the Yakima one. Orange. Orange comes normally from Brazil or Italy, similar to lemon. And the lemongrass is Bhutanese, Nepalese, Indian, or even from Guatemala. We get ours from India. The MCT oil is derived from the coconuts as fractions of coconut oil. And then we add vitamin E that is actually taken out either from soy or olive oil. Now, castor oil is all from India. Now let me explain you what is the main ingredients in each of these oils? Tea tree oil has terpineols. Terpineols are very known for their antiseptic activity. Back in the day in Australia, when people were being drafted for world wars, the farmers who were actually working in the farms growing tea tree were not drafted. Why? Because this was an essential part of every kit given to every soldier. So back in the day, they didn't have any other antiseptic. They were real. Real and tea tree did the job. Frankincense. Frankincense is known for anti aging and frankincense is best for skin care. It is also known for a lot of other things that I cannot talk about on YouTube, but you can research it. The main ingredient in frankincense is bosvalic acid, which is in very little quantity in essential oil. Although if you're looking for boswellic activity, you can actually take a capsule or a tablet. But for frankincense oil, the oil itself, the major uses are for skin care. Number three, lavender. Lavender is amazing for sleep because linalool is the main ingredient in lavender that actually makes you relax and fall asleep. Why is lavender so well known? Actually, when I went to lavender gardens back in Bulgaria, I literally was during the harvest time, there was a big tree, lavender breeze was flowing in. I literally lied down for a couple of minutes before I knew I was asleep. And this is real truth. Now the fourth one, clove. Whenever you have toothache, think no more, Take a drop, add a drop of another carrier oil, or some people can actually do it without. Put it to your tooth and you'll see magical, quick effect. Rosemary has actually been studied to be as powerful as minoxidil 2%. There's a lot of studies on that for hair growth. And personally, we have a hair oil and I've been using it if aging is not on your side, then I would tell you it works for most of the people. Although individual results could vary. Eucalyptus takes care of stuffy nose. You know all those inhalers that you use in your nose when you're actually stuck up, what is in there? It has got eucalyptus oil. All those balms that you rub on yourself when you are in pain. What is that? Eucalyptus oil is the base. The eucalyptol in eucalyptus oil is an unbelievable ingredient. Peppermint. Peppermint is literally used in every chewing gum, every toothpaste. It is real toothpaste. There's a lot of toothpaste brands are actually using synthetic peppermint, which is now shading to me. But we use peppermint, that's farm to bottle in our all our products. And this peppermint oil is real which you can use in a diffuser just like this to energize yourself. All of them can be used in a diffuser. Whenever I have headache, I use this and right away the headache within 15 minutes disappears. This is literally magical. Use it in a diffuser or you can actually add it in a carrier oil and apply it on your forehead or your occipital area, depending upon wherever you feel the tension. Now another one is orange oil. Orange oil is best diffused because orange oil, when it diffuses, it spreads happiness, takes away all the depression, the anxiety part of it. Now if you go to a spa day spa or any spa, you see all those spas actually having that lemongrass scent. Thailand is like totally full of lemongrass because it takes care of anxious self, it relaxes you and that is unbeatable. These are all natural ingredients that are coming farm to bottle.
