How many people know about mouth taping? Sometimes very simple things in life can solve big problems. Now, before I give you the details of how mouth taping can help you and how it can change your life, let me tell you, you got to ask your physician, because every human being is different. They have their own problems. Do not use a mouth tape without consulting your physician. That disclaimer said, let me tell you how it has changed my life and how it could change your life. So, number one thing, if you don't sleep well, mouth taping changes the game. I personally used to get up at night, go to toilet twice at night, and I said, maybe it's the prostate causing the problem. So I went to the urologist and he wanted to give me prostate medication. I started mouth taping. I sleep better. I still do get up once in a while, but literally, no, I don't get up anymore. I was trying every natural remedy, like pumpkin seeds and everything else, which I still do, but never took any medications for it, and I'm able to resolve it, and I'm going to tell you how and why. Number one, it reduces inflammation. When you nasal breathe, it basically increases your parasympathetic symptoms system. Parasympathetic system is your rest and digest system. That means your anxiety is less, the inflammation in the body is less, which means that the prostrate, which is inflamed, is probably shrunk down. And so you don't get up that many times and you don't have to go to the toilet, number one. Number two, when you're nasal breathing, you're actually getting in a better optimization of C CO2, which is carbon dioxide and oxygen in the body. Now, let me tell you, yes, carbon dioxide is very important in your body. People think carbon dioxide is only exhaled. Yes. But there has to be a balance of CO2 and O2. O2 is oxygen, CO2 is carbon dioxide. So this improves the carbon dioxide retention in the body, which means there is a rise in the CO2, which helps maintain the blood vessel dilation. So, so when your blood vessels are dilated, that means lower blood pressure. That means you are in that parasympathetic mode that I'm talking about. The next thing, when you are actually using a mouth tape, your nasal breathing, that means your paranasal system is in play. And the air that goes in the. There are certain bacteria in the back of your tongue and in the paranasal sinuses that actually help convert the nitrates into nitric oxide. And I've had a video on that where I talk about a lot in detail about nitric oxide, how it is the one of the most important molecules ever invented in last 30 years. So this nitric oxide helps dilate those blood vessels. That means you get better flow in your body of the blood. Once those blood vessels actually get better blood, that means they are able to repair all those cells that have been devoid of that oxygen that they required. When you are mouth taping, your mouth is not open at night. So when you breathe like this, number one, you're shallow breathing, which means your anxiety level is up, which means your sympathetic system is up. When your sympathetic system is up means more cortisol. More cortisol means less metabolism, more cortisol means more stress. When you mouth breathe, you get dry mouth, which means more cavities. So if you're looking to reduce the chances of getting cavities, don't get dry mouth. Number two, bad breath. When your dry mouth is there, that means a lot of the bacteria that thrive in the situation when the mouth is dry, those bacteria actually are creating all those VO2 sulfur compounds which cause bad breath. So that is called morning breath. As somebody told you, you smell like not good in the morning, you are probably mouth breathing. If you're looking to get away from bad breath, get, get less cavities, try mouth taping. Of course, after consulting with your physician. Now it also improves better coordination because when the oxygen reaches the brain, that is when your brain actually gets better coordination. And that is only possible when you're nasal breathing. You get much better flow of oxygen into the brain, which is extremely important. Try it out and there's nothing to lose. Of course, after consultation with your doctor, it's a cheap remedy. Guru Nanda has a product, mouth tapes at 60 of them. It is available on Amazon, it is available at your local retail stores of Walmart in the pharmacy section. It is available currently on TikTok as well. So in case you get benefits, share it with your friends. Come and thank me later.
