Clove. Everybody knows clove. I've been drinking clove tea forever. So I make chai in the morning and I put a couple of cloves, couple of little pieces of cinnamon alongside cardamom and some black tea. And the amazing chai is ready with a little bit of milk. So in case you don't know about clove, let me tell you. If you're having a tooth pain and nothing else is available and you have a grocery store next to you, take one clove, put it right below that tooth that's really aching. This will resolve the problem for 80 to 90% of the people. Now, this is not a cure. This is a temporary relief thing. This is in case you have pain and nothing else available. Do this, but obviously go to your dentist and ensure that there is no solid infection or something systemic going on that needs to be properly addressed. But in the meanwhile, why does it happen? It has a ingredient inside called eugenol, which is a magic ingredient. Eugenol is anesthetic. It is antimicrobial, antibacterial. It is just an amazing bio ingredient in cloves. So this has been used in Indonesia forever. People smoke even clove cigarettes. So clove oil, we make clove oil. It can actually be added in your regular water in case you have no mouthwash available. You can add two drops of clove oil in water, you can add a pinch of baking soda, pinch of salt, a pinch of xylitol, and your mouthwash is ready. This is an amazing mouthwash. Not only will it have all the antibacterial, antimicrobial effects of clove, it is something you can make at home very easy. Now, another better way of doing, in case you really want to make a mouthwash is, is you take four or five pieces of clove, you actually boil it in a pan. When you boil it, make sure you keep the lid closed. Why? Because you don't want the vapors, which are the essential oils, actually escaping away. So once that water cools down, you can put it in the fridge, take it in a glass, and you can either use it as a mouthwash by adding a pinch of xylitol. That's a perfect mouthwash. A lot of people, especially back in Ayurveda, it is known the clove water. If you drink it at night, it is known to increase the sexual stamina. Not only is it good for libido in men, but also women. Clove has an amazing ingredient, as I said, eugenol, which helps make the blood flow better. So better circulation means better flow to the genitals ends up being that you actually not only have much better libido, you also have better flow in your body. That is also very good for heart health in general. But remember everything in moderation, including moderation. Also, if you have certain conditions, don't forget to ask your physicians. Whatever I'm telling you is the caveat. Everything has to be done after asking your physician and overuse can actually cause more harm. Now let me tell you, for women, it also has a very good effect for hormonal balance. A lot of people take the clove oil, put it in coconut oil, massage it around their stomach, stomach in case they are having gas or bloating. It's great for digestive health alongside peppermint. If you do it, peppermint and clove. It is amazing. Now we do put clove oil, a little bit of it in most of our oil pulling products or mouthwashes because I believe any dental product without clove is kind of missing something. And that's something is eugenol. Now a lot of companies put straight eugenol and that eugenol is not natural. I want eugenol from cloves. Where do cloves come from? All our clove oil comes from amazing country called Madagascar. Now there's also amazing clove in Indonesia and Sri Lanka to some degree, but the best of the best is in Madagascar.
