Build for AI, not just with it. It's amazing how big this market for AI is getting. And we're finding more and more that sometimes the best user of your software or of your offer is going to be the AI. And then the AI is managing a relationship with your customer. This can feel very threatening, like, oh, why don't I just build all these AI tools and I'll make, you know, an experience where I've got some sort of control over the customer. And I'll, you know, have the, you know, my user experience, make SaaS frontend, dashboard, all that stuff. But the user doesn't want that. The user doesn't want your customized experience. They want a custom experience, one that starts with them. And unless you're ready to be in the concierge game, and a few people are, you, what you really want is to provide the tools to the concierge. You're going to find that that composition into a really world-class experience is where you will find customers really willing to pay. Build for it, not with it.
