Gain true mastery. They're saying that apprentices work to learn the rules, journeymen work to perfect the rules, and masters break the rules. And I think that there's even a level above that, which is masters really transcend the rules. They see how the rules fit into a broader structure and can be the ones that can deliver their craft to others. Right? Because they're not worried about how to push the buttons. They're worried about how it's going to fit in and create personal, organizational, social, business value. And that, that should be what we're trying to achieve when we think about studying in the context of study cell leadership. We should be asking how we can become masters. Now, often we are not masters yet. We might discover that, oh wait, we're actually journeymen. And when we find that, that becomes a job of study to elevate and transcend that. And that is a goal worth achieving.
