Because if all you know is this sucks, I'm stuck, but you have no earthly clue where you want to go next, you just stay in Groundhog Day and spin your wheels. Number 1, what's the area of life that you're stuck in? Really clear. This feels sticky. This feels icky. I feel stuck because I'm afraid to move forward. I've got to own it. Now, question 2. This is a little bit of a doozy because we are so hardwired to know what we don't want, not to know what we do want. But you have to identify number 2, what's my ideal situation in this area of my life? And you can mess around with AI if you have no idea. Give me ideas. This is gonna be trial and error, right? Like, right. I've had so many times where I've thought, okay, this is gonna be the magic bullet. And then I get it and I'm like, yeah, this isn't how I thought it was gonna feel. This isn't what I wanted. So pivot. Try again. But you've got to identify the ideal situation and scenario for yourself if you're going to move the needle. And then the third thing is, who do I know that has what I want? And maybe you don't know them in person and they're somebody online emulating this thing, but find a role model because I want you to recognize if it's possible at all, it is possible for you, boo. If it is possible at all, it is absolutely possible for you. And then last Fourth question: who is my support person? It can be anything, but find your butt some support so that you remember on the daily you are not alone and you deserve to get unstuck like now. What so many people think is that you need breakdown to break through, which is why they wait. Okay.
