Even if there are family members, even if there are people close to them that are behaving this way that they love, that behavior isn't ever coming from love, and it isn't love and it's not acceptable. And I would rather our children learn that they can end a relationship respecting themselves versus take it ever any type of abuse, as subtle or obvious as it might be.
