Coming Back to Yourself: Finding Balance and Alignment with Zach Rehder

A guided interview between host Rebeccah Silence and breathwork facilitator Zach Rehder exploring emotional healing, coming back to one’s truth, and practices to restore alignment and balance. Key points: healing = reconnecting to one’s truth; distinguish alignment (longer-term resonance) from balance (moment-to-moment practice); identify untrue thoughts by noticing felt dissonance; two core practices emphasized are breathing and feeling; includes a short guided relaxation and an overview of facilitated breathwork (effects, possible experiences, and safety/certification considerations).
Hello, and welcome to the Healing Is Possible experience. This is your time. This is your life, and we're going to show you how to get there today. Okay, we're going. Okay.
Three, two, one.
I am your host, Rebecca Silence, author, media personality and emotional healing and relationship coach. And my mission is to help as many people find the part of them that can access joy and life and peace and fulfillment, not just in some moments, but in all moments. Today I have a very, very, very special guest, an expert on the subject of healing here with us to just share his zone of genius, and we're going to let this conversation grow organically. Welcome to the show, Zach Redder.
Thank you. Thank you for having me, Rebecca.
I am so honored to be here. So I met Zach in a breathwork class. My husband Mark and I, we do a weekly date, and we alternate who plans the date every week. And this particular date was planned by Mark, who had never done a breathwork class before. And we both just had such a wonderful time, and it was quite lovely. You're not from Colorado, where we live. You're in Arizona, but just so happened to be in Boulder, and we had the most wonderful time with you.
Yeah, I used to live in Colorado, but, yeah, now I live in Arizona.
Yeah. And your work is all over the United States, as far as I can tell. So tell us a little bit about who you are and. And what you do to start.
Oh, that's. That's a good question. It's a big question. As far as, you know, I've been doing healing work for the last at least 15 years, and that's been dance. Dance and energy work and breath work and intuitively guided presence work, we could say. Oh, what do I want to say about that? It's funny. Where would you like me to go with that?
I just love fresh perspectives on, you know, healing and what it is. And I think, you know, there are so many healers out there. Right. And we all have our own version of healing. And I think so often in our society, healing is talked about in a very superficial, kind of shallow, cookie cutter way. Right. And there's a depth to you and to your work that I'm just intrigued to know what you would say about what it is that you do in particular.
Cool. Thank you for clarifying.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah. So. So healing to me is connecting, coming back to our truth. And. And so that. That's what. That. That is what all of my work is about. It's like, it's not. Not right. Not giving anybody any information. It's like we, we already know. And so, but, but how do we find that place? And how do we find that place? How do we connect even deeper with ourselves? And so that's kind of the thread in everything that I do is, is pointing people back to themselves. Yeah. And in that, you know, the place that's out of balance or the place that's out of alignment, you know, whether it's in our body or our finances or our relationships, it's, you know, it's usually a place in ourselves that we haven't fully got into or that we haven't opened up or explored or got to, got to just be present with and feel.
Yeah. So let's have you just say a little bit more about that. I mean, is there a difference between balance and alignment, first of all?
Is there a difference? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think, I think alignment is, you know, alignment is coming back to, to. To what is true. Right. It's, it's, it's natural at what's. Like, we can all feel it when we've found alignment. And so it's like when we have found truth, it's like we all have some sort of experience of that, you know, when we feel open or we feel light or we feel connected. And so, you know, that's a beautiful, that's a beautiful thing to, to get to know even more. Because when we, when we have that, when we really get to know that, then it's really easy to see when, when we're out of alignment. You know, it's like I'm. I'm thinking this thought and it doesn't feel like that. And it's like, maybe because that thought's not true, or maybe because that thought's not actually in alignment with who I really am. And so. Yes. And then as far and, and balance, I would say, you know, balance is probably. Balance is a present moment, practice, because balance is always different. Right. Balance is different in everything that we're in. And so it's like finding that alignment in whatever interesting circumstance I'm in right now or whatever's happening right now, it's kind of like. Right. It's always moving and shifting.
Yeah. Yeah. So this idea of connecting to our truth, I think is so important. And, you know, one of the things that I really believe saved my life with a cancer diagnosis and a 5% chance to live was being able to access my truth so that I could lead and guide my healing journey and my team. Ultimately, I ended up quitting chemo and defied the odds. And I Think this is a big concept, right? Like, live your truth, find your truth, connect to your truth. But for so many people, this is almost the most insurmountable, you know, goal to achieve. So, you know, I just want to say right here, right now, I don't think there is a right or a wrong way to live or heal or lead or choose. There's just what works for us. So I would never say that anyone else going through cancer should quit chemo. That just was what was correct for me. Right. So what guidance, what wisdom would you offer our community around how in the house they actually know what their truth is, let alone find it, let alone connect to it, let alone take action that's in alignment with it.
Yeah, I. I think one of the easiest things is to start finding all the things that are not true.
I love that. Yes.
Right. It's like we find these things and, you know, maybe we're making thousands of decisions a day and like, how many of them are coming from. How many of them are coming from truth? How many of them are coming from programming or what I'm supposed to do or trying to control or manage or. Or any of those things? And so it's like finding all the things that are not true, you know, and so I'm a big fan of, you know, just. I've been questioning every thought that I've ever heard in my head for the last, you know, long, long period of time and questioning the truth of those thoughts. And. And it turns out hardly any of them are true. And so it's like to. To entertain. To take on this idea, you know, whatever. This idea that I'm not good enough. Never met anybody that. That feels good when they. When they're playing in that realm. Like, it doesn't feel good.
Yeah.
It's like, wait, wait is. Wait, what if that's not true? Okay. And, you know, put a little bit of space between. Between me and the belief. You know, a lot of times we get tied up in the beliefs. It's like, no, no, this is just a thought. It's where I've identified with a thought that that's where the. That's where the misalignment takes place. That's where. That's where we get tied up in it. And so to even just realize it's like, wait, I know this isn't true. And, and to have the. Instead of, you know, I know our mind is, well, what is true then that's. Mine wants to do that. It's like, well, what if we just know that, that one is not. What if we get to just keep, like, keep it simple instead of coming to what is true? It's like, well, that piece is not. And let's set that aside. Cool. How does that feel? Well, I feel a little better or I feel a little lighter. I feel a little more connected. And it's like, that's always a good sign that we're getting closer to truth.
I love that. And I highly recommend Byron Katie's work for this. Right. The inquiry and the challenging your thoughts. You can go, I think it's the work.com and learn Byron Katie's process for how to challenge your thoughts, how to turn them around is what she teaches. But you said something that I really want to hone in on here, Zach, because I do believe it's when we identify with an untruth that not just misalignment happens, but the beginnings of toxicity. Right. It really is. How are we identifying. And a thought doesn't define our future, but we can let it. And a previous identity, a former version of who we were, isn't necessarily who we are now or who we want to be. So let's talk a little bit more about how do we know we've identified with a thought that doesn't serve us.
By the. By the way that it feels right. It's like, okay, okay, there's something here that doesn't. That feels off. Okay. And I know that that's, you know, that that's an interesting. I'm always teaching. It's like the more that we can feel like there's so much our, our awareness, our intuition is. Definitely has a feeling factor to it. And so, you know, it's really interesting. It's like when someone is. Is deep in thought, they're off in their mind. They usually have very little awareness of what's happening in their body. And so, you know, someone's worried about. Someone's really worried about what's going to happen next month. And they're usually not in their body. And so their body's going to be tense. It shows up in the breath. The breath is like shallow or held or disconnected. And so, you know, my two favorite practices in the entire word are entire world are breathing and feeling.
Yeah.
Right. And so, and so just to come back into this, it's like, okay, cool. You know, I was worried about next month. And it's like, that doesn't feel good because that's not even true. Right. And so that, that not feeling that stress or anxiety that comes with that is the Invitation to actually come back home to right here and right now, to be present with my breath and with what I'm feeling right now.
Yeah, I love that. And if you're available in a moment, I want to ask you to just take us on a journey of connecting to our breath, because I do think that is the one thing we can always do is just connect to our breath and be still. And I am the emotional healing coach, and I teach that there's a big difference between our feelings about the external and what's going on circumstantially and the emotions that are our truth. Truth that when we feel our way through them, not only bring us back home to ourselves, but give us access to the clarity that we're looking for.
Yeah. And there's a big difference between, you know, the. It's like there's a big difference between feeling and thinking we're feeling. And so it's kind of like the more.
I'll say that again. That's so good.
So there's a big difference between feeling and thinking that we're feeling. And so, yes, it's like the more that we have, the more that our mind hijacks. Right. It's like, oh, I know what this is and I know why it is, and I know how long it's going to last and I know who to blame it on. It's like now we're over here in some story and we've totally. Again, we've left our body again. And so, you know, very much in the beginning for most people, I. I usually have people, it's like, hey, you don't have to understand what this is that you're feeling. Let's just feel it. Let's make some room for it. Let's. Let's breathe with it. Because this is a feeling that you probably haven't breathed with. Because we've always let our mind take us someplace else. And so as we start doing that, it's like it takes the charge. It's almost like it starts disconnecting the mind from that feeling. Or like, you know, it's. We actually get some space from the thought and actually get to be present with what's just happening in what's happening in my awareness right now.
Yeah. Yeah.
Well.
And I think when we don't feel what we really authentically need to feel, that is the ultimate in self betrayal. But what would you say to someone that thinks, oh, if I feel this, I might go crazy. I might make things worse. I might not be able to come back from that. Because I think a lot of the work that you do, and for sure, a lot of the work that I do is helping people feel their way through stuck ages, stuck emotions, and traumatic body memories, even if they don't have the actual memory that they think could actually threaten them.
Yeah. And because we, I think we all know that the actual sitting, sitting with anything and feeling, it does bring change. Right. Whether that's one second, whether we can be in it for a minute or whatever, like anytime we can feel something just a little bit more, that absolutely brings change. And so there's some harmonizing there, all kinds of things that's happening there. And so there's usually a part of us that doesn't know about change, that's not sure that change is going to be safe or the change is going to be okay. And so that part of us is telling us not to feel anything. You know, it's like, no, this is, this could be too big or this could go crazy. It's, you know, it's, it's an interesting thing. It's like to feel panic. It's like if we look at how a panic attack happens, you know, anyone who's had a panic attack, they. They recognize that feeling to start with when it's small, and they instantly usually go into like, okay, I got to make sure that doesn't happen. And they start squeezing on that feeling, which makes that feeling even bigger, which makes them want to control it even more, which makes that feeling even bigger until all of a sudden it explodes. Like, full blown panic attack. And so to just feel the original feeling doesn't take us to the bed, doesn't take us to the crazy place it was trying to control or get away or, you know, manage that. That place that turned into the place that we didn't want to go. Yeah. And so, so it's trying not to go to the place that we don't want to go is what takes us there.
Yeah.
And so you can't, it's like you can't have a panic attack and, and relax at the same time.
Right. And you can't relax if you don't feel what's genuinely present.
Yeah. And. And so using, and so using the breath and relaxation, it's like just to, it's like if, if we, every time we relax more. And the beautiful thing about relaxing is there's no such thing as 100 relaxed. Right. No matter how far you get, you can even relax more. And you can even relax more. And so every time that we've Relaxed more. It's like we become aware of more every time we. Every time we relax more, we can feel more. Every time we can relax even more, we become even more intuitive and aware.
Yeah.
And so, and, and so it's these places of, like, you know, some of these places in our lives that are the big triggers. It's like these are the place that we just haven't relaxed and felt in a very, very long time. And we've been settling for the idea. No, I have been feeling this stuff, but it's like, no, I haven't been feeling it. I've been fighting against it. I've been trying to control it the whole time. And trying to control something is always going to get in the way of feeling it.
Right. And talking about feelings isn't necessarily feeling it either. Right. Thinking we're feeling. Talking about feelings. So I love what you're saying here about relaxation. And I've heard, I think it was Elizabeth Gilbert that said, the more relaxed you are, the more powerful you are. And the most relaxed person in the room is the most powerful person in the room, I believe is the quote that she shares. So let's just go here a little bit. Can you guide us into. Because, you know, what you're saying about change is profound. I believe that we all have a survival personality that we created to survive, and we think it's who we are. And if we're suffering, it's because we think that's who we are. And we haven't allowed ourselves to reinvent and become reborn. But when that survival personality starts to die, it can literally feel like we are going to die. But what's on the other side of that is all of this possibility to choose who we're going to be. And I just want to acknowledge that while change can be confronting or, you know, even at times, it can feel threatening, if you don't want to live how you've been living or feel how you've been feeling, you don't have to. And you already know you can survive what you're in. So why not let yourself make room for the opportunity to let things get a little bit better? Change is inevitable. Right.
We.
Nobody predicted the pandemic. Who the hell saw that coming? Right? But you know, we can. In the face of change that we chose and in the face of change that we didn't choose, we can still decide who we want to be in that moment. And we can always know that we can be our best and make the best of the situation in front of us. And if we have been able to be our best and make the best in, you know, panic stricken states or whatever state or feeling we're not desiring to feel anymore, we can, as we powerfully choose change, make the best of that moment and become our best. But not without the ability to relax into the moment and not without the ability to relax into ourselves. So what I would really appreciate, Zach, is if you can take us on a little journey here into relaxation. And I know there's also, you know, nobody ever calmed down because they were told to calm down. So nobody's telling you you have to calm down. But we do get to relax. So Zach, what do you have for us here?
Yeah, for sure. I was going to say another piece too. You know, this is all of our journeys too, like for, you know, unless, unless our parents were spiritual and emotional masters, which I've never met anybody. Like, like we, we came up in a, in a culture and, and in an environment that kind of like trained us the opposite way. Right? That trained us to. That you, you know, valued us for living in our heads, valued us for ignoring, like we live in a society that values everyone for ignoring their body's intelligence. It's like just work harder like, like all of these things and so just, just bringing it in, you know, that we, yeah, we're, we're just, we get to wake up from this stuff, you know, and we can tell like if something is not working, it's like something in my life is not working because it's like it doesn't feel good or because it's, something's wearing me down or something's like something's exhausting and it's like, cool. Well, there's something here that's out of alignment. And so we get to, get to start exploring. And when I talk about the, you know, again, it's like feeling, feeling, feeling. Whether it's our emotions or, or some, some feeling or experience that we're having, it's, you know, the, this is where the magic is. It's like I, I like to tell people, you know, what if all of the things that we've been looking for are found in all of the things that we didn't want to look at.
Oh, that's so good too.
Or like, or all of the, it's like, what if all the magic. It's like I'm trying to find all of these things but, but usually like the ego's journey is, is an avoidance of like, you know, I want abundance because I don't want to feel Lack and scarcity, where it's actually like if you open up to lack and scarcity and allow yourself to, to get to know that and allow that to be friends. Be friends with lack and scarcity. Okay. There's abundance everywhere. So, so again, it's, you know, and then, and we're, we're going to get better at this and we don't have to be good at it all the time, but it's like every time we can spend some time, it's like, hey, just feeling what I'm feeling right now rather than trying to fix it or solve it or identify it. It's like to just breathe and feel it always is bringing some change or shift or return home.
Yes. Yes. All right, so can you please take us into some relaxation?
Sure, sure. And so for those that can do this, if you want to close your eyes, you can do this with your eyes open too. But we'll just start with some taking some deep, soft, relaxing breath. Just allowing your body to soften and open. Just noticing with, with every exhale that you can relax and open a little more. It's like each, it's like each layer. Yes, you can relax just a little more. Just a little more. And as you're relaxing just a little more, notice how there's also this relationship between, this correlation between. It's like every time I relax a little more, I can feel a little more. I become a little more aware of the subtle and keep opening this up even more and then we can just check in. It's like, is, Is there anything, is there anything in my system that would really like to be felt right now? You know, it might be a. It might be a sensation, could be a temperature, could be, could be a spasm, could be an emotion. Is there anything in my system that would really love to be felt right now? Make sure that you continue to breathe deeply. Is there anything in my system that would like to get almost get met from this feeling place rather than the mind place that I've been doing it with before? And the beautiful thing, it's like you, it's like your present awareness is also healing. And so to put to hold anything in your awareness, it starts to open, it starts to awaken, it starts to heal. And so is there any place in your body that needs to be felt even more? And use your breath and awareness to relax and open that place even more so that you can feel it even more Whenever you feels good, you can start winding that down and coming back. But as you open your eyes, it's like, can you still keep that, that, that awareness of that. That bigger awareness and feeling of your body? It's like with your eyes open and then when you go, whatever, when, you know, bringing that into whatever you're going to do next, whether you go to driving or you're going to go for a walk or you're going to go make dinner, it's like, can you keep that open, that real big open awareness, like really in your body and in your, in your space and the energy around you. And the more that we do that, it's like we just start to again, that. That becomes like a new kind of, like a new normal way of being, and it's cool. And then we're living from this more present and open place and it's like you can keep just expanding that and opening that and just, just becoming even more and more and more present and it gets really magic. Yeah.
Beautiful. Thank you so much. This is a gift to our community. I would love for you to just share with the community about breath work, because, I mean, I think the longest breathwork class I've ever done was three hours. And I just, I think it's more mainstream maybe than ever before, but I think a lot of people still don't understand it or know what it is. And I think it's just incredibly powerful. I've had amazing experiences, and in the class I did with you, I had shared with you at the end of the class, I got a powerful message. It was like a divine message that I really needed. So can you share with people, you know what it is, and give them, you know, a little masterclass on breath work?
Yeah, yeah, totally. I'd say any, any, any conscious practice with the breath we could call breath work. And so it's, you know, it's going to be many different things. The process that you were talking about that you came to, you know, we're, we're. We're. We're turning it upward. You know, there's, there's a few different things that we're doing in that, but really, like, really building. It's like really bringing a lot of life force into the body. And, and that life force, it heals, it opens, it awakens. And so, you know, it's, it can do absolutely anything. And so, like, all kinds of miracles happen in breath practices. And the breath is intelligent. And so it does always meet us where we're at. It does always just give us, give us this, this perfect session. What would ever serve us the most right now? And so the one that you went to. Like, that's obviously, that's. That. That's led from, you know, that. That has a. You know, there's a facilitator there leading that. You know, people come back at the end of those having incredible experiences, and they had, you know, this really profound spiritual experience or they had some download or they had some sort of healing.
Yeah.
And which. Which is amazing. And I always remind everybody. I like to remind people at the end of those. It's like, cool. You know, this is a beautiful practice, but that one is not necessary. Right. That's. That's just for all the times we didn't breathe. That's just for all the times we were checked out, all the times we were off and, you know, we just weren't present. We were often in. In the ideas rather than in this moment. And so my favorite breathwork practice in the entire world is just to breathe, like, to be present with the breath and whatever that we're doing. And then, you know, a fun one to play with in everything is, you know, practicing. I call it lower, slower, deeper, softer. And so how low, how slow, how deep and how soft can I breathe right now while I'm driving, while I'm shopping, while I'm. Whatever it is that I'm doing? And it's like. To be with the breath like that, it just has you really present and in your body. And. Yeah, we're, you know, we're not anywhere else. It's like, we're here, and here's. Here's where the magic is.
What were those four Low, slow, deep, soft. Okay.
Yeah.
I love it.
Yeah.
And for someone that wanted, you know, can you just explain the experience of a facilitated breathwork class for someone that hasn't heard of this before?
Yeah. Yeah, totally. So, again, a lot of different styles out there. A lot of different. Different variances and nuances. But, you know, it'll be. It'll be some practice of really using your breath in a certain way to, you know, like. Like the one that we take people through. It's like, it really turns up the energy in the body. It actually opens up. It opens up your awareness in a big way. And so it's definitely creates an altered state, you know, and then you get some time in that to be with whatever that is that comes up. You know, it can be physical experiences or emotional. It can be, you know, you know, visuals. It can have visitations from loved ones who have crossed over. All kinds of mystical, magical, spiritual experiences happen in there. And. Yeah, and we're Just breathing. Right. This is the life force. And so, yeah, I am glad that it is popping up everywhere. It's become very popular. Like, I've been practicing a breathwork style like that for over 23 years. It wasn't as easy to find back in the day, but, yeah, it's really opening up, and I think the world needs it so much. It's like, I, you know, I tell people, it's like if. If you really made breathing and relaxing like your most. Two most important things to do, like, you will have the most profound year ever. Like, you will. You'll. You'll have more change in that year than. Than in the. In the rest of your life before that.
That's so beautiful. Now with so many breath work practitioners popping up, do you have any rec around what people should look for or even maybe what to avoid?
Yeah, that's. That's a great question. There is a lot of. There's a lot of poorly trained breathwork facilitators out there.
I didn't want to say it like that, Zach, but that's. Yes.
No, it's. It's. It's really sad. There's. There's. There's people out there that are training people in this work in like a weekend, and it's like.
Right.
And. And so it's not. The people, they don't even know what they don't know. Like, they don't. They have no idea what they're, what they're getting into. And so, like, I, I personally have. I personally have a program where I train facilitators and, you know, at six to eight months or a year, and, you know, we're going deep. There's. There's a lot to it. And so, you know, to, to be a safe space holder and just, Just to work with all of the. The variety of things that. That come up and how to. And how to be with them. So.
Yeah.
Yeah. How would I know? I wish there was a way to just to wish there was some way to find out who the best ones are.
Right.
Yeah. You know, I guess try it and more and more people will be talking about it. So, you know, ask your friends. Did you find someone. Did you find someone that you like to go to? Yeah. Referrals are probably right. The best out of.
Yeah. And I would recommend you. And I would recommend Alana Warlock. I don't know if you know who she is. She lives in Bali, but she also comes to the US and she's who I began breath work with and completely, you know, Led to the best year ever after I started learning about this, you know, But I, I think maybe even just. What would you say about. Is it appropriate to ask questions around certification?
Yeah, totally.
Yeah, I would think that would be a smart move in 2023 with Brian.
Yeah, totally. Yeah. Ask them about like, they, you know, they should have done at least a 200 or 300 hour training at the minimum. And they're like, you know, if it's 12 hours, I wouldn't necessarily go to that.
Right. Yes. And then how do people find you and in your work and access it? Because do you only do in person work or do you also offer some virtual options?
I don't do breathwork virtual. What I'm doing. I'm actually in this interesting transition where I'm looking at everything right now and seeing I've been letting go of some things that I was doing. So some of the online classes and stuff that I was teaching, I'm definitely in a pause on that right now. I don't know if I'm picking those up exactly where they are, but. But I am. I'm on the road doing breathwork events. I do five retreats a year here in Sedona. And what else? I do some phone sessions and things like that. But. But yeah, it's a. I'm in this really interesting space of. It's kind of like, like, like letting things go. And so I've been letting a lot of the things go that I was doing and waiting to see what wants to happen next. Yeah.
So how do people get in touch with you?
My website is probably the easiest. Yeah. Zachrader.com okay.
Okay. And we'll put that in our comments for you all, whatever platform you're watching on. And you know, I think for anyone else out there that feels like they're in a little bit of an in between or in this place where they're taking inventory around what wants to stay and what needs to go and they're not quite sure of what's coming next. I just want to say how not alone you are. I mean, this is me too. And I think this is one of the most beautiful, spiritual and sacred gifts that we all received from the pandemic. We were forced almost, I believe, on a spiritual level to slow down, to get more still and to get more honest. So I see this. If anyone out there is, you know, scaring themselves, like, wait a minute, I shouldn't let go of this cush thing. And I don't know what else is coming, you know, this has been working, but it's not fulfilling me anymore. If you're there, I just want to say trust it and know you can set yourself up to win. And this is your one precious life. And we don't get these moments back and you could decide to live the rest of your life on your terms. So don't be afraid of the being present with what feels scary. Don't be afraid of the letting go of what's a no for you. And most importantly, please don't be afraid to follow your yes, to say yes to your truth. And know even if you're not sure what that is yet, you will, especially the more you breathe and relax. And I think following our yes is the best way we serve the world and the best way we serve humanity, because that is what has us the most alive and present and able to serve as the best of ourselves at the highest levels. So I just wanted to point out this is really going on for so many people right now.
I would say if it's not going on for somebody, they might not be paying attention. There's a big. Again, it's. It's.
Yeah, yeah.
It's the time to question everything. And, you know, one of the things that, you know, I've walked people through, you know, a lot of these processes of, you know, that. That old way of making decisions, of weighing the pros and the cons and all of these things, it's like, that's not. That's not the language that our heart speaks. Like, our, like our. It's like you either know whether it's time to leave your job today or not, and. And if it's not, then, you know, there's this interesting thing people do where they're kind of like, People do this a lot, like, in relationships and jobs. It's like, well, I know I'm going to leave it one day, and so I'm going to kind of be in it and kind of be out of it. And it's like, you know, all of these places where we're like, splitting the fence, where it's like, no, let's commit to, like, okay, if I know that it's not time to leave today, I'm going to be in this fully. And when it's. And then when it is time to leave, when I do know that it's time to leave, I'm going to be out of it fully. Yeah, right. And none of this, you know, that. That creates so much stress and anxiety. It's like all of these places, it's like you know, whether it's a relationship, it's like, how could you ever have a good relationship with one foot in and one foot out?
Totally. And I think it's important, you know, to recognize, okay, something isn't working and it needs to reinvent and give it your all. But, you know, we're not suggesting. Be hasty, be careless, be reckless, put yourself at risk, but just know that whatever moment you're in, it is safe and it is correct to be all the way in it. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. And I do so much work with couples, and the. The anytime a couple is in any type of trouble, it's because one or both of them, they're not all in. And it is our request, I'm going to speak for Zach for a second, that you get all in with your life.
Yes. All in.
With every breath as relaxed as possible.
Yeah. Yeah. If I know to be here, be here fully. If I know to be, you know, I know not to be here. That's time to leave. Let's get out of here. So. Yeah.
Well, Zach, I can't thank you enough for being here with me. All in, for this episode, for our healing as possible family. Do you have any final thoughts that you'd like to share?
