Speakers discuss how many self-defeating behaviors are inherited patterns that can be transformed through "dark work," environmental change, and incremental aligned choices that feel scary but enlivening.
We don't have to get so far ahead of ourselves. Right. It's just what's the next I call it follow your yes. What's the next yes, that's correct and aligned. Even if it's scary but you know it's living. It's going to bring you more alive. You know we're human and I think a lot of behaviors that have us confronted hating ourselves, hating other people, horrified. You know these are inherited patterns that with dark work you break through and you model for other people. It doesn't have to be this way.
You identify with what your experiences of life every day and until you change experience the setting of the environment then that's just who you are and you learn to accept it and sit in that space but you never realize how much you're missing out on right and that's the scary part for a lot of people because there's so much that's possible for a great life if they just stepped out.
