For men, I feel like they callous their heart a little bit, right? Oh yes, definitely. But what is the best way to get through that, to address it while it's happening and get rid of it?
What almost no one will tell you is when we take the wall down, it can feel like you're gonna die. And I cannot imagine being a man. I work with men and we want them sensitive and strong. And this vulnerability is not part of what men are taught is acceptable to them, right? But here's the deal. We want to feel your heart. You care so much. And when I have women tell me their man will never do the healing work with them, And then every single time the man works harder than the woman. I am telling you every time. That's interesting. Because they're hungry for getting in touch with their sensitivity and their feelings and their emotions and the depth too.
