you are desirable. And if you don't feel that in your body, your partner can't make you feel that. You have to feel it first. A lot of us are just in our head, going through the motion, checking off the to-do list, even maybe late at night, we're checking off the boxes. I want you to actually feel it. Feel into your body how good it feels to open up to desire again.
When you say open up to desire, what do you mean by that?
Yeah, I literally want you to imagine breathing into your feet and dropping into your body and, and opening up your heart to desire. I want you to feel what it's like to open up to it gets to feel good. And I get to feel desire. And from there you get to feel desirable, but we guard and protect our hearts and we're in our head instead of in our body. So feel what it feels like to be in your body expecting good stuff, feeling desire, and letting yourself be desirable because you are. And maybe somebody hurt you, maybe somebody's saying mean things to you or did once upon a time. Trust, it does get to be good and you don't just have to brace yourself for more nonsense or more heartbreak. Or if you put yourself out there for a romantic experience, experience, you're guaranteed gonna get hurt. None of that is true. Mm-hmm.
