A short motivational talk (YouTube video) by Rebeccah Silence titled "Inspired Results" urging listeners to practice personal leadership by waking up from autopilot behaviors. The speaker argues you don't need a crisis to change; every trigger is an opportunity to grow and take charge of your experience now.
Thing I love about inspired results is you don't have to wait for a big crash or a crisis to start getting in leadership in your life. Everybody think of someone you respect. My hunch is that person is solid about who they are. That's what this work is. It's about getting solid in who you are and respecting yourself. When you have anything going on in your life that isn't working for you, I don't care if you know it for three or three years, address it. What I'm suggesting is that we're asleep. We're asleep at the wheel, on autopilot. What I'm talking about is, once you wake up, what if every time you got triggered, you had an opportunity to grow and enhance your life and your experience? You don't have to have crisis to start getting in charge of your experience. You can start right now.
