No one is immune to trauma. If you're new to this show, if you're new to my work, I say this a lot, but I feel like I also can't say it enough. No one is immune to trauma. And trauma shows up in so many different ways, and it shows up in disguises and costumes sometimes as well. The worst thing that we can do is compare or contrast our trauma or abuse with someone else's and just know abuse is just one form of. Of trauma. Neglect is another form of trauma. Shaming is another form of trauma. There are infinite ways that trauma shows up.
