Rebeccah Silence on reconnecting with your own truth after reactive environments have shaped you. She uses the example of a client grieving a baby's death to show how painful events don't invalidate what you know about yourself, but can teach you to trust yourself more.
Is our truth was never the problem. We just disconnected from our truths for whatever reason because of the reactions modeling environment we were in. And so I think it is about getting back to a place of loving and trusting ourselves again. And then, you know, I've got clients, for example, they had a baby die unexpectedly in a tragic way. I would suggest it's not necessarily for anyone that's like, oh God, I don't believe everything happens for me. I just want you to hear whatever happened, it's life being life. And there is a way to unit use it to your advantage. And there is a way, regardless of what occurred or where you found yourself, to more than ever before prioritize alignment.
