Feeling stuck. You're not sure what to do, how to be. How do we get unstuck?
First of all, you are not alone, right? Like, so many people out there are feeling stuck right now. All stuck means is you're ready for a growth spurt. Okay? I want you to really think about that. If I'm stuck, How I'm living is too small. My soul, my essence, it's craving more. And I don't want that to mean you go into guilt and shame or anxiety. Nothing's wrong with you for wanting more. It doesn't mean you're not grateful for what you already have and the success you've built. But if you're stuck, something about how you're living is obviously you settling, and your body is screaming at you don't settle, you deserve more, and you aren't feeling brave enough to figure out how to move forward beyond that.
And it could be anything. It really could be anything in your life.
I want you to get out a piece of paper and a pen. Okay, what area of my life am I stuck in right now? So it could be money, it could be sex, it could be health-related and how you feel energy-wise, or even where you are weight-wise. It can be in your marriage. It can be in a relationship with one of your children. It could be in a relationship with someone from your family of origin, or a friend, or a co-worker. It could be your position at work, your salary at work. It could be the schedule that you're keeping right now and the hours. Get really clear. This feels sticky. This feels icky. I feel stuck because I'm afraid to move forward. I've got to own it. So many people think is that you need breakdown to break through, which is why they wait. You don't need breakdown to break through. Go get them.
