The dynamics with your family of origin, particularly, they repeat with new people until they get healed and addressed. And for so many, they never get healed and addressed. So they just move people, new characters, new friends, new co workers, new bosses, new romances, new spouses, until they're done. And it's the same thing on repeat. And I just hate that when it's so unnecessary. It doesn't have to be that way. So see people as innocent. Again, not giving them a free pass. Not saying that abusive, disrespectful, you know, bullshit behavior is acceptable. But just see that they're doing the best they can with the tools they have, and that includes you. See yourself as innocent.
