What I do with this show is I take you on a journey of hope and healing, and I bring in authorities that specialize in healing in ways that I don't. Today, I am so delighted to bring Dr. Sharda to our show to teach you all about what you can be doing with your body that is right here for you that maybe no one has told you before, or they've told you in a way that felt threatening or daunting or overwhelming. What both Dr. Sharda and I want you to know is that healing doesn't have to be overwhelming, and then it isn't out of reach. It's yours for the taking. And haven't you been through enough? So with that, this woman is my personal doctor, which we'll get to more shortly, but let's welcome Dr. Sharda to the show. Hello, we are so honored and grateful to have you.
Thank you so much. Thank you, Rebeccah. You're absolutely fabulous, and I am very grateful to be here, finally be with you, um, and let's talk about everything. Um, hello everyone, my name is Dr. Sharda Dufafri. I'm a doctor of nurse practitioner specializing in holistic wellness, including hormone regenerative medicine as well as aesthetic Yes. And been doing for years.
Yes. How many years?
So I've been in the healthcare industry for 20 years and been doing this for 6 years, specializing in regenerative and hormone.
Yes. So what do you say when I ask you the question, how do you define healing? Let's start there.
Wow. It's very powerful. When you said, how do you define healing? As a wellness provider, I would say it's more about focusing and helping a person to restore the balance as a wholeness and optimizing your function physically, mentally, spiritually, because it's all connected with our environment, right? So it's not looking for only one symptom, but we're looking at your whole body. And for some people, it might be healing as curing the illness, but for some person, it might be healing as a quality of life, quality of better what they're doing. It could be just the progressing. You're doing better day to day in health-wise. You, by balancing your nutrition and hormone, that is also healing. So at short term, you're doing holistic wholeness and optimizing your function. That is the healing.
Yeah. Well, and I love what you're saying about quality of life. Looking at healing as how you're measuring your quality of life, I just think is a brilliant way to define healing. What I teach with the practice of emotional healing is that healing is freedom, and you know you're healed when you're free. And so for everybody new to me watching or being reintroduced to me if we haven't hung out for a while, my journey is a wild one. I grew up in domestic violence and decided I wanted to be somebody who made a healing difference in the world very, very young. Then I became a music therapist. Then I got a master's degree in counseling. And understanding trauma and healing wasn't enough to help me break the cycle. I ended up in my own domestic violence marriage recreating my childhood. And then I really got to work. I got out of that marriage and figured out the practice of emotional healing, because mindset and strategy isn't enough. And so What I did was created— yeah, 7 steps to healing that work every time. Well, then I get married again, I get pregnant again, I'm on the radio, I have the business of my dreams. And as I'm pregnant, 7 months pregnant, I get diagnosed with cancer and given a 5% chance to live. So nobody cares more about healing that I've ever met than me. And I had to live what I taught, but then I had to learn beyond just the emotional healing, how to have a new relationship with my body. I was literally given a 5% chance to live, and here I am, healthy, whole, free, body, mind, and spirit, living the life of my dreams, which for me, that's the greatest testimony that healing is possible, is the life I live today. Not all I've overcome, But here's why this is all important in this conversation with Dr. Sharda. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on my physical healing to get my body back so I could keep serving all of you all over the world. And Dr. Sharda is my doctor. And there are so many reasons why. Not only did I beat the 5% chance to live, I am thriving. She talked to us about quality of life. I have hired Dr. Sharda and I meet with her monthly, okay, for so many things. I get a monthly B12 injection for energy. I do NAD injections on and off regularly. We decide based on where I'm at, do I need it that month or do we give my body a break? And then we bring it back. We are monitoring my weight on the scale and measuring me because there are months where I don't lose a pound. But I lost all these inches that she's telling me is equivalent to 7 pounds of body fat being gone, but nothing on the scale moved. But my body is moving. This woman is giving me the appropriate supplements. I'm on testosterone as well, and vitamins to just make sure that personalized for me, I look great, I feel great, and I have the energy to work as hard as I work, to serve as powerfully as I can all over the world every single day. So just so you know, I am a living, breathing, walking example and product of the benefit of working with this beautiful woman and her genius. And she customizes how you're supported for your quality of life based on what is most important to you. So with that being said, from me, Dr. Sharda, what do people need to know about their bodies and health that they don't know yet.
Absolutely amazing.
Wow.
I'm so proud of you. But one thing I want to add is I know all the things you're doing it because you're ready. You're ready for your commitment. You're ready to make a change. You're ready for your healing, your body. And so connecting with what we just say is when you said healing, because you're balancing your optimal function through your vitamins, nutrients, hormone, you working out, you're watching your diet, your clean diet, because I'm providing, I'm guiding there providing the tools that you needed, but you know how to use that tools. So it's also important being compliance, and you're one of the best one that you know exactly how to treat your body. That's also matter. So I want to give you, not only me, to give credit to you that you use the tools that I had provided to you in the correct way and then utilize how your body need to heal. And as you said, it's customized. Every, you know, one thing that works for you may not work the other person, right? So we have to be carefully monitor and watch what works best for you, and we work as your body as an individualized customized plan. And thank you for doing so well and great. I'm so proud of you.
Thank you. But you're right, I drink bone broth first thing I eat every day is I drink a whole bag of Bonafide bone broth. I am lifting weights, I am exercising 7 days a week, getting great sleep. I use a PEMF mat. So you're, you're right, there is not a quick fix or a way to outsource, like somebody's gonna give me the healing. You have to be committed, you have to do the work, and I am. But this is really important, and then we'll, we'll get back to you talking about health in ways that maybe we haven't heard before. But what I want people to know is I was doing all that and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars and not getting the results before you. So I really, really just want to be a stand for, you know, anybody watching us today and they are caring about how they eat and they're moving their ass and they're doing what they know they should do on paper and they're not getting the results. You know, it's not your fault. There's more support. And the finessing and the fine-tuning that you've provided me has changed my entire life.
Very powerful point. Finding the strong tune, what works better for your body, and then we will monitor one-to-one what is working right. Like, we can— you and I actually sit down and talk together. It's not only my decision. So you and I, like everybody who comes, we sit together, make a plan together, what works better, what does not work, what you have done in the past, what you have not done in the past, and then Finding the right tune and working together is the best way to go. Yes. Yeah.
And we do every single month. I make the drive and we sit down and I am reinvigorated and so blessed to have the unmatched support. And I know I'm not alone on the journey and I know I don't have to have all the answers. And we have months where we had great results and we have months where Things stayed the same, but we've never had a month, and we've been working together since December of 2024. We've never had a month where shit went south, ever. It always stays the same or gets better, stays the same or gets better. Like, we're riding an escalator, and I just keep doing the work, and we keep experimenting and iterating, and I actually get to have fun with it. Where— and I'm sure so many of you watching can relate— For me, for so long, taking on healing felt daunting and like Mount Everest, and like I may or may not ever arrive. And that is not my experience anymore. So what are people missing, or what haven't they been told when it comes to health and healing in a way that's hopeful? Because this can be so hopeful.
Absolutely. Very, very, um, great point. The great question that you asked. A lot of time what I find is, you know, anybody can do, right? There's a a lot of wellness providers probably out there, hormone specialists, or primary. There's a lot of providers out there. They can do the medicine or tools, but if you're not doing the right way, for example, I'll give you a good example. Checking a whole your comprehensive blood work because you could miss one thing. You're doing the hormone, but you can mix nutrients, your vitamins, what's your stress level, your insulin, your sugar, your cholesterol. Everything matters. That's why it's called wholesome and holistic body. And a lot of time I find people like, oh, I've been doing this for this long time, I don't feel good, I have not finding the good result. Because you may miss the one puzzle piece. That's where you want to put all together. Even though think about you're working on a puzzle piece and if one piece missing, you're not going to, you're never able to get complete that. This is why it's important to start like, let's start from all over what we have done. When I sit down, first of all, we do comprehensive medical history, then comprehensive wellness blood work where we check your Hashimoto thyroid panel, vitamins, nutrients, minerals, ferritin, as well as hormone panel, sugar, all the CBC, kidney function, all the regular checkup as well. And that gives you broader ideas of what's going to your body. And from there, we sit down one-to-one and work, customize the plan and work on one by one. This is why sometimes I find, I know my patient and my people that if they have doing one thing but not doing the other thing, it may not tuned correctly and we may not see the result as what we are looking for. So I'm here to educate and advocate at the same time.
Yeah. And truly, you're helping people heal from the inside out. I mean, everybody, this is real what I'm about to tell you. I'm wearing no makeup today except for a little bit of eye makeup and lipstick. This is my skin because I am this healthy. Yep.
And you see— yeah, let me— sorry, I interrupt you. Your skin tells you story. So a lot of time you cannot deny that. So anytime you're fixing— and to be honest, I have not done anything to your outside. Mostly what we have done is inside, correct? Yes.
Right. Because Dr. Sharda also does all kinds of face stuff. She's done none of that for me.
Yep. So I do a lot outside too. This is what I call inside out. But when you fix your inside, When I said inside, your minerals, your vitamin detox, you know, glutathione, NAD, all of that good thing, then you're flawless. Your skin feels flawless and good. And what I tell all my patients is don't fix your number, don't fix your body. It matters how you feel. That's the key things. It's really important for how you feel every day. That matters. And for me, that is healing.
Absolutely. So you do offer treatments and support for the inside, and you offer treatment and supports for the outside. I've only exclusively focused on the inside, except for— I was remembering, and you'll tell us the name of whatever the machine is that you put me on— but we did— I, I don't remember, I think we did 4 different treatments where I was on a table and there was electronic stimulation to tighten up my belly. As I'm losing weight, there's more skin, so it just tightened things up. So that is the one treatment I've done with you. I believe it was 4 times on with the outside. But talk to us about what do you offer for the inside? What are you offering for the outside? Just so people know, because some of it you may have heard before, but some of it you may not Oh, thank you.
Thank you for giving this opportunity. Absolutely. So Insight is more focusing on, first of all, comprehensive wellness blood work, right? We check comprehensive wellness panel, finding your nutrients, vitamins, hormone, just like I said. And then from there, I help on your hormone balance, nutrients balance, as well as I'm obesity medicine certified weight loss. So if you're looking for any weight loss with the peptide, tons of regeneration, um, the Some of them are, I know, FDA not approved, but tons of good results. So it's more inside, but outside I also do Botox, filler, most of it naturally too, PRP filler, PRF, as well as a body contouring, face contouring, tightening, collagen regeneration, medical grade, all the skincare product, all of them. Those are outside. When you feel good from inside, sometimes, you know, you can do like, hey, what can I do from my outside? You can do that too. And what you just mentioned too is I do a lot of— I don't know, I know you have not done, but I do a lot of detox by glutathione and NAD to help your DNA repair. So that can be inside as well as it helps you outside to your skin, your hair, nail, a lot of those.
Sometimes these are my real nails.
Vitamin D, ADK. So those all are like, you know, not even though it's helping you inside, that's gonna show up your outside. But what you've done here 4 times is usually we offer that 8 to 12 session. So it's kind of trial for 4 times since your workout, basically called Evolve X. That's the non, non-surgical body contouring, body type.
Evolve X. Is that what you said?
Evolve X. Yes. It used to— old one is Evolve, but it's the latest technology of the Evolve X. So that basically helps your body. It kills the fat cells, tightening your skin and similar the muscles. So if you are looking for to similar the most muscles build, it also helps you regenerate to some muscles as well as the regenerate the collagen, elastin in our belly. So tightening up and then it kills the fat cells. So that's what the Evolve tightening. And basically I tell women, like, if they're looking for— and they're going to get a result like surgery, but if they're like thinking about tummy tuck, they're like, you know, worry about extra skin or they're worried about that, you know, the excess fat cells, we can help with that too.
I love it. So there are a couple of pieces that you mentioned and you went so quick and I want to make sure people really understand what's going on with these offers and, and ways we could be supported that maybe we haven't heard of before. So the two things I want you to break down more are PRP and NAD+. So I have not done PRP with Dr. Sharda, but I have done PRP. So one of the things that happened with my experience of cancer— so I was diagnosed when I was pregnant and ended up having chemo and then the chemo attacked my spine. And so I ended up with what's called drop foot. The nerves were dying down my right leg, so I couldn't use my right leg. I lost the arch in my right foot altogether and was literally having to drag my foot around. And they told me even if I beat cancer with the 5% chance, I'd end up on disability for the rest of my life because I would never be able to walk again. So let this be your moment where you you hear someone saying to you, you are not a statistic. And just because a professional acts like you've got a certain fate or destiny because of a diagnosis, you can call bullshit and you can listen to yourself. But one of the things I did, I spent a lot of money on it, was PRP on my feet and in my back so that I didn't have to do cortisone shots that masked pain and actually had me more injured because I was feeling temporarily better, but I wasn't in my body, so I was actually getting more injured. So what PRP is— and Dr. Shahradel explained this better than me— but they take your blood, put it through a machine, pull out your plasma, and inject your own plasma. So I am doing yoga every day, able to hike mountains where I live in Boulder, Colorado, completely beat the odds. PRP was a big part of that. The plasma being injected is healing and natural and my body wanting to heal itself. And then, you know, I'm also with Dr. Sharda doing the NAD treatments. So what else would you say about PRP and what else would you say about NAD? I can't explain NAD.
Great point.
My freaking life. But tell them what it is.
Yeah, it's actually— you— I'm so glad you brought this point. I used to be just doing the joint, like a regenerative like stem cells, PRP, hyaluronic acid gel injection. Back in 3, you know, 2, 3 years ago, I was only doing joint a lot while doing all of this little bit of everything. So that's my passion. So thank you for bringing that. The PRP is basically, I am making medicine. It's not medicine, medicine from your own body. It's your natural healing properties that we're giving to your body where you need it. So draw the blood, just like you said, draw the blood. Spun in the machine and separate out platelet-rich plasma, which is called PRP. And that PRP can be injected to your elbow, shoulder, knee, foot, you know, tennis elbow, wherever you need.
And under your eyes.
Under your eyes. That's for aesthetic reasons, like for volume, to regenerate the collagen, stimulate the more peptide, stimulate more growth factors to fill the volume under the eyes. So basically what you are doing is it's called natural healing. Healing by your own body. So you're actually using your own body product to use that. So it's basically your own stem cells, your own regenerative medicine, because PRP job is all about healing, repairing, and growth. So it's amazing. I— we have— we do tons of PRP, whether for the joint or for skin or for volume loss, and we have fabulous results. Some may need more sessions, just like you said, depends on severity. Age, how healthy you are, everything matters. So don't code as, you know, everybody, it's not a magic, just like you said, it's not gonna be a magic fix, but it takes time. Some may need one session, some may need multiple sessions, just like what you said. It really depends on severity of what condition you have.
Yeah.
And then talking about NAD+, I know you have done, you know all of this. So NAD+ is, you know, our natural ingredient, like I mean, I said we already have that molecule in our body, but as you age, you start to decline NAD+ slowly. And what happens in our cells, so every day we're making and losing, but aging, it starts to decline. And when it declines, our metabolism slows down, our cognition function slows down, our cells dying faster. We're aging every day. We're making and losing cells. If you're not sure, we have more than 37, around 37 trillion cells in our human body. But that regenerates and dies and gets weaker every day. NAD helps to repair those cells, basically helps to make mitochondria. It's feeding your mitochondria and a DNA repair, boost your metabolism, reduce the oxidative stress. And so there's a lot of cellular level work going on. You have more resource. Your cells get happy when NAD goes in. This is why it helps your inflammation, metabolism, cognition, DNA repair, healing. We're talking about a lot of healing. And my favorite, one of my favorite. I've been doing for a few years. Loved it.
Yeah. Well, it is, it is remarkable. I felt a little bit sick at first and then I haven't— I mean, since the first month I haven't really noticed, I would say, any side effects from it. And we just determine that month, do we take a break or not as we go?
Yep. And it's very rare to find very rare side effects. We call them kind of more like adverse effects. Very short, like it's called short-term effect, palpitation. You may feel a little bit of also rush and head rush, but it lasts for a few minutes just to monitor. And that's a good thing and nothing bad thing. It's just like, you know, it's communicating with your brain cells, muscles, heart cells, all of that. So it's like, hey, we've got a lot of resources, what to do? You know, when you have like no space to put it in the house and you get a bunch of gift at the same time and you're like, oh my God, we need to organize this. But then once you organize and you have a supply, you get happy. It's the same thing. Your body sometimes feels rushed when you get it the first time, but it's amazing the way how it works in the body.
Yeah. Well, and for me, I mean, I don't know if you would agree with this or not, but it's almost like I'm wondering, we're waking up parts of our body that have not been taken care of. So it's like I always say when it comes to the practice of emotional healing, when your foot falls asleep and it starts to wake up, it hurts a little bit. And when your life has fallen asleep and you start to wake up, it's going to hurt a little bit, but it doesn't last forever.
No. And then, of course, what you point out is so you're— anytime you're starting, let's say your body has been weakened and resting for a while, you go to work out the gym, you know, and then people like, I, you know, I'm hurting everywhere. Next day or then it's going to take 2 weeks. To wake up that muscles and feel sore and, you know, to re-heal again. But once you get going, get going, you're going to feel the best. And that's why I always tell people, like, if you have never started, I always give example of this, like, don't try to be 0 to 100. You don't have to. If you feel fragile, it's okay to take rest, right? So same thing, your body, listen to your body. You know your body better than anybody. We're here to help. What you need to do is, if you have never done anything ever, civilly, never taken care, take care of your health, or running, start with the walking, walking process. Then you can lift to the jogging, and then you can run marathon. You'll be ready to run marathon. So do one at a time. Yeah, gradually.
Yeah, I love that. So the next thing I really want to make sure we take a little bit of time on is the hormone health, because I am telling you all I mean, the testosterone supplement has changed my freaking life. So who knew that would boost my metabolism? And I didn't know— and I'm gonna butcher this statistic— but I didn't know women stop producing their own testosterone and that breaks down muscle. I didn't know that boosting testosterone health as a woman would actually help me build and retain muscle and how important that is. Not to mention the benefits to my sex life. Like, let's just talk about that too, just for a little bit, right? I mean, I was already having great sex. It is amazing, you know. Talk about it. Talk about the hormone health.
Thank you so much. That's my another big passion is hormone and regenerative, right? You know that I do tons of tons of hormone, um, and hormone I A lot of people doesn't know this, and it's stereotype going on there. Women out there, I want you to listen. Anybody 30 plus, I want you to listen. All those I have done hormone balance, 22 years to 89 years old. It's unfortunate, by age 30, we as a woman lose 50% of the testosterone already. And then men start to lose 1 to 3% after that. So it's so many biases. Women mean to be powerful. Empowered to self, and they are superwomen. So we mean to be strong, right? Strongly survive and thrive in the community. So when you lose 50% of hormone, a lot of people, like, they feel like jaw drop when they come in. They don't know. First of all, number one, they don't even know that they need testosterone. A lot of females don't. So we're trying to educate everywhere, like now trying to educate and be— oh, that's— I thought that was a male hormone. Yes, it is a male hormone too. Hormone, but it's also in fact our dominant hormone. Testosterone is our female dominant hormone. It's equally important as male needed. The difference is males need it 10 times higher than we do, but it's also very important. Your testosterone balance is very important for your brain, for your cognition function, fatigue, for your muscles, for your bone density, mental health, energy, sleep, libido, just like she said, sexual wellness. It's very important to have that testosterone level. And when you go to slowly premenopause, menopause, post-menopause, now you're looking for more hormone, estradiol, progesterone. You need testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, all three in place if you have a uterus still. So there is a stage of the life, like, trust me, I have a lot of family, friends, and I try to talk to about hormone, like, oh, I'm not going to menopause yet or pre-menopause yet. You know, it's hard, like, when you're trying to teach and educate in the community, they're thinking you need a hormone only when you're on menopause. Absolutely wrong.
It just—
it's not their fault, it's just the lack of education, awareness, awareness that we still have. But it's how important testosterone to keep your muscles and bone density. And mental health is a big one. I think mental breakout is a big one. It will guide you every stage of life, what you need it. And this is my passion. And I think most happiness I get is a hormone balance, because every day I hear anywhere from 2 to 5 people that you changed my life, you know, I'm getting my life back again. This is important. We're almost going through divorce. You know, there's a lot of couples actually mentioned that we're going through divorce, but we're, you know, we're again together and we don't have more energy. I'm working out. I'm mentally so much better. You know, our sexual wellness, our life is better. It's so good to hear that because that matters for me. You know, when I see— when I hear those stories, that makes me complete.
Well, and what you're saying, I mean, I tell people, wait a minute, if you're ready to get divorced, Hire me first. Let's make sure you're emotionally healed and clear before you make that call. You're bringing up something so important. What about physical health? Like, are you thinking the divorce is the, the answer to feel better, but you haven't taken on your physical health yet? I mean, this is such an important conversation. And with a cancer diagnosis and pregnancy— I haven't shared this yet in this interview, and I don't talk about it publicly very often, but I went into full-on adrenal failure. I wasn't producing any estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone. Full-on adrenal failure, and then premenopause. And I came out of all of it, and now I'm back in the very early initial stages of premenopause 11 years later. And so testosterone, amazing. But it is going to be different for all of us. I can't ever do estrogen because of the history of cancer. I won't, I won't be doing anything but testosterone for me, for my particular case. But whether you end up hiring Dr. Sharda or somebody else, just make sure your specific case is taken into consideration and your specific needs, because we're not cookie cutter. And make sure you're advocating for yourself and listening to yourself and not just thinking somebody else knows better for you than you do.
Yes. And then of course, like what you mentioned too, we will make sure— are you eligible or not? Your medical history, your background, what you have done, surgery, hysterectomy, or you still have fallopian tubes, what you, your medical history, family history, you, everything matters. So we do make sure you're the right person to get the hormone, you're eligible or not, and we go from there, guide from there. If you're not ready, we also tell like, take the time, do your own research, and then let us know. So there's no rush, but I suggest to everybody out there, 35, 40 plus, I, I've seen them 90% based on my record in last 5, 6 years that I've been doing hormone, bioidentical hormone. I specialize in biotin. So I tell, I found 80 to 90% women have lost the testosterone, almost 50% already by age of 30. And it's unfortunate, but you do not have to suffer. You do not have to suffer. I repeat again, there is an option, and as well as there's a better option, as well as affordable. You want to be affordable too, and it's affordable option out there.
Yeah, well, you do, you work with the best.
I know there's the people that can help. And I wanted to connect this with your earlier question that you're coming with. Because a lot of time people like, okay, this— I'm trying to lose weight, I'm trying to do this, but it's not helping. Sometimes you're missing the piece of the hormone. If you're not balancing hormone, it's hard to boost your metabolism. Where you brought, just like, you know, your metabolism went up because it's a fuel. Now you have a fuel when you work out, you are burning that, girl.
Yeah, well, I can't believe it. I'm like hanging out in a plank or hanging out in a side plank and I can't believe how strong I am, and it's such an amazing feeling. And we want you to feel strong, and we want you to feel healed and healthy and whole. And that's why we're having this conversation today, just to showcase possibility. So, okay, anything else you want to share with the beautiful Healing Is Possible family and community and your audience that we haven't gotten to yet before we tell them the next steps that are available?
Yes, I do. And thank you for asking me this. The first thing, mostly thing what we do, I get the question all the time, what is our top favorite? Wellness, right? Wellness. What comes in wellness? Your nutrient, your vitamins. So that's the top one. And then we do hormone and weight management, all of that. The nutrient, our gut. Please do take care of your gut. Your gut is responsible for 80% of nutrient, 90% immunity. You might hear your friends, family circle around you, they're sick all the time, all the season, no matter what, it's because your immune power is compromised. And some people have their already, genetically, they're immune compromised. But there's a lot of people that you can take care. And so gut, I always talk about gut everywhere I go. Whenever people are here, I talk to my patient that taking care of gut is the first step. What that means, prebiotic, probiotic, postbiotic, depends on how bad your gut. We can heal your gut. When you heal your gut, you're actually optimizing your vitamin, new minerals, boosting your metabolism, mental health. Our gut is constantly communicating with our brain. So mental health, think about all the mental health and weight, overweight, all because we do not have a good gut. So I like to say, if you're looking for vitamins, minerals, nutrients to check, we do check all of that. And based on that, we help you restore your gut health, restore your vitamin D, B12, calcium, albumin, all of those things. And I wanted to mention vitamin D is one of the— it's oral, A lot of people have the 90%, people have the vitamin D deficiency. And vitamin D, you need for better activation and absorption, you need a vitamin D with a K2 and A. So a lot of time the lack of education there is, this is just D3 and then it goes up, go down, goes up, go down, and it never absorbed the better way. So you need to get the right ingredient, right vitamins, and with consultation matters.
Matters.
So I want to mention that your gut health and your nutrition health also matters. Yeah, please reach out.
Well, and nobody had ever told me about K2 before you, and we needed that for a little while for me. And this is why I drink bone broth every day for my gut health, because I had a doctor before you once say to me, Rebeccah, you're trying to renovate the house while it's on fire. We have to put out the fire. And I was like, oh my God, like, that concept was revolutionary. Great to me, right? Like, so if you're out there and you're thinking, oh my God, I am trying so hard, I'm doing all the things, and why is it not working? Maybe take a step back, get in touch with Dr. Sharda. She works with people remotely as well, not just here in Colorado, or somebody, so that the fire goes out and then you work on the renovation, right? Because you don't want to be taking all this action and it's not working and discouraged and you give up. There is hope. But, you know, what a great—
that's a great example. I usually say pretty similar. I say, you know, you have a lot of bad microbiome and bad gut. It's toxic, a lot of toxin and bad bacteria and virus in our gut. And you're trying to take good things. What's going to happen? You're not going to absorb. They're going to take that. You have enemies in your gut. So you need to hire good friends and family. They can hook you So it's important to clean that out before you restore your gut. So it's important to— pretty similar, like you wanted to get rid of those bad viruses and bacteria and toxins, and then you can restore your gut again. Yeah, there is a possible healing is possible. And like, you have a powerful, powerful, powerful word to say, the book you have.
Thank you. Thank you.
Getting back to the life.
Yes, we want you to come back to life. We want you to know healing isn't just possible. It's possible for you. So with that, where can people find you and what do you want to offer them today as a next step to get in touch with you and to get personalized support from you?
Oh wow, I did not know this part. So again, um, hello everyone. If you are in Colorado, especially in Northern Colorado, although I do have patients come all over Colorado as well as some of them out of the state as well, we do telehealth. We are located located in Northglenn, Colorado. Address is 11310 Huron Street, Suite 230, 80234. It's right by the Kaiser, if you are familiar with the area, Huron and 112th. The Kaiser is right in front of me, so I get a lot of patients from Kaiser. And primary is down, I'm on the second floor. The first floor has a Commerce Street primary, so located there. But because of the, I'm getting this opportunity to talk to you, Rebeccah, anybody they're quoting your name in Instagram. So we do have a Revive Medical Wellness. I don't get confused, there's another Revive Medical Wellness in Pennsylvania or Utah, different state. Revive, follow, follow on Instagram Revive Medical Wellness and DM us. So we'll give to you, one person will get a whole wellness blood panel, comprehensive blood work. And then other person, everybody coming through watching this video today or DM us and follow us on Instagram, program, we'll give a $50 off to everybody just coming through you.
Yeah, so it looks like this.
Yeah, that— yeah, okay, like that.
So go to Revive Medical Wellness, hit follow, and then what do you want them to DM you?
Yeah, DM, that way it's coded, is you. Just DM, you know, I want to come to you.
So you can DM healing and she'll know it's me.
Healing is a code. There you go. Healing is a code.
All Healing here as your perfect next step and then get in touch with Dr. Sharda. And are you doing free consultations? How does that work?
So we're, we're doing like you're talking about the drawing, right?
Yeah.
The drawing. Yeah. So let's say I'm going to do whole this month with the March 9th. So we have 3 more weeks. So we're going to do whole this month. I think you're not with this video. I think it's going to take a little bit of time. So I'm going to do for a whole month from March 15th to April 15th. For whole month, I want to do this. Anybody DMing us, we're gonna do the draw, winning draw for $300 value that we do comprehensive, um, exam, blood draw, lab review, all of that. And then every single person of you just coding the healing name will get $50 off.
There you go. Okay, so you get $50 off just for following and DMing her healing, and then you're in the running for a $300 value. Free consultation where your blood work is taken, and, and they can do that remotely as well. Yes.
Yep, they can do anywhere.
So you could be anywhere in the world. So, Dr. Sharda, thank you for all you've done for me. Thank you for all that you do for so many people. Again, healing isn't just possible, it's possible for you. And if we can go from what I went through to where I am now, your journey isn't too far gone either. We love you. Healing is possible. Be careful with each other's hearts. Thank you for watching, and we'll see you soon.
Thank you so much. Thank you for this and giving this opportunity too.
