Where You Get To Integrate Great Therapy or Coaching Is in Seminar | Seminars Are the Game-Changers

Rebecca Silence argues that multi-day seminars are where therapy and coaching actually stick. She shares how a three-day retreat transformed her after years of domestic violence and addiction, and why the community feedback and intensive practice time work better than weekly sessions.

Hey everybody, it's Rebecca Silence, creator of Healing Is Possible with your healing message today, that seminars are actually the game changer of all game changers when it comes to healing, personal growth and personal development. And here's why. It's amazing to have a great one on one experience with a therapist or a mentor or a great coach, but where the rubber meets the road and where you get to learn how to implement and live and integrate all of those lessons that you've learned, all of those concepts, all of that information, where it becomes your new reality, your new lifestyle and your new way of being is in seminar. And the thing about seminars that are the most difficult is you can't run, you can't hide, and you're literally in a mini microcosmic world in that seminar that shows you how you live out in the great big world. So what I mean by that is what happens in a seminar is already your life. What happens in that small group, in community for multiple days on end is what's going on in your life and where you get to learn how to pivot, course correct and grow. And through those triggers, through those moments where you think this is just the way it is and you've resigned to either a hopelessness or just a kind of stale, I guess I just have to tolerate and accept mentality. Those moments in seminar are where your life changes. So again, seminars are where you get to really see what you've learned in your personal growth work that you've already been doing and how to take it to the whole next level. The other thing, when you're working in community with other people, you hear things, you see things through them, through your eyes, looking into their world about yourself that maybe you would have never seen without this person saying just the right thing that gives you finally language for all of the feelings that you've had that you didn't have words for, or they're representing a part of you that is something that still is hurtful, that you're feeling, that you're experiencing with family members that you haven't dealt with, but in the safe space of community with this gorgeous person, you get to work out with them what you haven't been able to work out yet out there in your life. So what I'm saying is seminar, seminars, seminars. I literally have done at least 200 seminars in my life. A lot of you have watched my life progress and grow. And I get messages almost every day from, from people thanking me for just modeling possibility. And you know, where I started was Rebecca Silence had no voice Rebecca. Silence was in a domestic violence marriage. Very much not confident, afraid of my own shadow, drinking too much, eating disorders. I mean the list could go on and on. But I was ultimately in self destructive mode when I started coaching. And the reason I started coaching was, was because I had gotten divorced and I was a single mom working three jobs and I didn't trust that I was going to be able to figure it out. And with my first, first coach, I started in a seminar. Not even one on one. I had gone on a date from an online dating app with this great guy that didn't work out. But a few weeks later he invited me to a three day seminar. He's like, hey, you want to do a seminar on love with me this weekend? I was like, yes. I figured out child care. I went to this seminar and I was just blown away. And I've been hooked ever since. And not as a consumer of the information, as an implementer of the information. Right. So that's why seminar so you can learn how to implement in that space of the multiple days at a time in seminar what you're learning. We don't need more information. We all just had our own seminar with the pandemic. What we need is a way to experience ourselves differently. What we need is a way to experience life differently. What we need is a way to experience ourselves in our greatness, in our flaws, in our imperfections, in our vulnerability in a new way. So that's what seminars do. They're back inspired results. Seminars are back in 2022 and we're starting with you think you've seen it all right. If you've worked with me for a while, this is brand new Healing is possible curriculum at a retreat center. It's a little campy. It's not necessarily like, you know, the Four Seasons, but it's a gorgeous retreat space in Colorado Springs in the mountains of Colorado where food is provided, your rooms, everything is provided. And we're just going to go there. Not in a scary way, in a beautiful, gentle, graceful way where we get to recharge, sit in and sit with, not sit in. I was talking to one of my best friends this weekend about the difference between sitting in a trigger and sitting with a trigger. In seminars, we get to sit with what's working, what's still triggering us, what's still haunting us, what's still running us, that doesn't serve us anymore and what new ways we could be. See, there's nothing more to do, everybody. There's just more we could be where do you learn that the fastest in a seminar. So January 7th, 8th and 9th, 2022, we've got our first Healing as Possible women's retreat. Some all gender seminars are coming next year, but we're starting and kicking off with one just for women. Women lead our communities, our families, our workplaces. Women are so powerful and we are so grateful to all the men that support us. But women can. This is for you. My team made a very strong request that our first retreat after pandemic in the middle still of a global pandemic was just for women. So that's what we're doing. And I'm telling you right now, seminars are the game changer. Whether you choose to attend with me and my team the Healing Is Possible seminar or just find the right seminar that works for you in 2022, I can't emphasize enough the importance. It's literally at least three years of coaching, which is with me for three days at the Healing is Possible Women's weekend. At least, at least three years worth of work. Because we can go fast, we can go deep, we can get it done, we can get you more and more and more and more awake and free. And what I love to say again about these seminars is we get raw, we get real, we get messy, and we grow. And a lot of people don't want to do the raw, real or messy part, but they do want to grow. And if you want to get that work the fastest, join me for three days or again, find another seminar. The darkness is real and so is the light, and healing is possible. I love you. See you soon.
