Afraid. I'm Rebecca Silence, creator of Healing is Possible with today's Healing is Healing message that you're never going to be ready and you do know what you want. You do. And I hear it in my one on one work. I just this past weekend was in a couples intensive where people are buying into their fears and their fears are suffocating the possibility that they want. It happens all the time. So I am launching some of you may have seen a brand new podcast, the Tougher Together Breakthrough podcast. I've been asked for at least 10 years, when am I doing a podcast? I've been on radio and obviously you see me on Facebook and social media and people have been asking me about a podcast. I have been terrified. It has felt overwhelming and like so much work and I don't know how to do it. And for a long time those fears took over and I just wasn't doing it. And I love working with people, spreading possibility like wildfire, speaking on hard topics, getting people thinking and helping people break through their fears and stuff stuck so that they can access possibility, live healed and have the lives they want. So why wouldn't I do a podcast? A few months ago, I was approached by an amazing company, Lifestuff Media, about supporting me with my podcast and producing it. And together we made it happen. And what I know is that we're never going to be ready to pursue these dreams. We're never going to be ready to push the limits in the comfort zone that we're living in. And we, we know what we want. And this is another epidemic I posted about it this morning, where people just struggle with that question all the time, what do you want? And I promise you it's in there. It's just easier to let the fears win. It's easier to believe that the obstacles are stronger than that tougher part of you that can make your dreams happen and come true. And I just again see it so often that people wait until they think they're going to be ready and then that day never comes. You're not going to be ready. You're not going to get some guarantee from the universe or God or whatever it is that you believe in that now is the time, that now it's a good idea. Especially in relationships, it's never a good idea to fully commit because you're going to hit all your shit. You're going to have all of your deepest, darkest fears activated, all of your emotional wounds. That person is going to stick their finger in and dig around in and all of your Insecurities are going to come out. There's never going to be a good time to pursue what it is that you know is going to fulfill your soul. I'm saying do it anyway. And here's the secret sauce. You just got to commit. I am so honored and grateful to have committed to this podcast with Lifestuff Media comes out this week, May 27th. Leah Valencia key. She is our very first guest, a dear friend of mine and a global phenomenon with her jewelry. There was never going to be a good time to do this, and thankfully I had the support and encouragement of a team and an amazing production crew coming to me saying, hey, let's do this. And together we made it happen. And we called it the Tougher Together Breakthrough podcast because we are tougher together. So when I am saying you are never going to be ready and pursue what you want, I am not saying that you have to do it alone. I am saying just commit and then the support will come. And it is okay to lean into that support. We are better together. We are tougher together. And you don't have to be alone on an island, stumbling around, tripping and falling, trying to figure these things out for yourself. Maybe you want to pursue a relationship. Maybe you want a promotion at work. Maybe you want to write that book that you've been thinking about and dreaming about and hoping to write. There's never going to be a good time. And once you commit, the support will come and I promise you, the hows will start to figure themselves out. But if you're waiting until you're ready and if you're waiting for a guarantee, if you're waiting until you know how, you're going to figure out how to get there and then you'll commit. Someday is never going to come. The commitment is never going to happen. That I can promise you. And I know it's a bold statement, but commitment has to happen before you're ready. Commitment has to happen before you know how commitment has to happen, even with the risk that you're going to fail. And you might how many times I failed a million times along the way, and I am not done failing. But I am committed to continuing to put myself out there and I am committed to living a life of no regrets. And I want you to ask yourself today, what would I create if I wasn't afraid? And I want you to take on the second half of 2021 pursuing getting closer to that thing. You don't have to arrive today, but just get the momentum going. Get that mojo, get that fire started so that you're making movement, so that you're starting to head into that direction of possibility that you want to pursue instead of keeping your life stalled out and on hold until some magic set of circumstances has you now knowing it's the right time. There's never a right time. There's just commitment. And then those obstacles are coming to get you. They're inevitable and they just help you stay on track and up your commitment game along the way. But you're not going to be ready. Do it anyway. And don't be afraid to identify and pursue what you want, because that is what your life is all about. You should be living in such a way where your soul is singing. You should be living in such a way where you're fulfilled and energized and excited about your life. And if you're not, why not get some support, get that courage game up. It's your life. You deserve to be loving it. And maybe you're listening to this and you just think it's a bunch of hogwash. That's ok. I'm talking to the people that are listening that want to be fulfilled. If you want to be fulfilled, if you believe that your life is precious, there's no better time than right this second to start pursuing the life you want. And it's one dream at a time. Don't overwhelm yourself. Just what's the one thing that you can see that you can taste, that you're hoping for, that you're hungry for? Start with that. And start with knowing there's never a good time to do it. You're never going to be ready. And it's just about committing. And to me, the definition of commitment is a willingness to do whatever it takes. That's it. That is it. Once I committed to the new Tougher Together breakthrough podcast with life's Tufts Media, there was no stopping us. We became this team that was a force to be reckoned with, that was going to get it done, whatever the obstacles were along the way. And we did. Commitment means you have decided there is no obstacle worth quitting over.
