Now, the key with deadlines is not in setting them. Most people don't do that. The key is deciding what the consequences are if you miss the deadline. That's what our coaches and advisors focus in on. What happens if you set a deadline but there are no consequences of missing it? What's going to happen? I guarantee you'll be missed 95% of the times. No consequence. Who cares if I miss it? This is where accountability comes into play, and we'll speak about that a little later.
