Rich Bello argues we've got sleep backwards. We treat it like laziness when it's actually essential, and he's reframing the whole thing: if you snooze, you win.
So the current mindset, right, about sleep is it's low priority. Like, if I'm sleeping, I'm not getting things done. I'm going to catch a few Z's. Z's? That's the last letter in the Alphabet. How much lower priority can we give to sleep than Z? Or if you snooze, you lose. People stay awake, right? So they get things done. I don't want to sleep. I'm not getting things done. I'm not being productive. So the new mindset you guys are going to have after I scare the heck out of you from looking at these statistics is I'm going to catch a few A's, and if you snooze, you win.
