Short YouTube video (a #shorts) featuring Elaine Moen, a certified health and life coach and clinical Ayurvedic specialist, describing why clients seek coaching (as a soundboard, support, accountability) and highlighting Arootah coaches' ability to meet clients where they are and nurture their journeys.

One reason people typically seek out coaching is they might be looking for a soundboard. Someone who will support them, care for them, and hold them accountable along their journey. My favorite piece of advice is to remind clients who they are and how far they've come. I'm Elaine. I'm a certified health and life coach as well as a clinical ayurvedic specialist. My favorite thing about our root house coaches is our coaches have the ability to meet the clients where they are, to nurture their journey and watch them flourish.
