Chapters
Well, the first chapter we start out with is Prevention. Okay. For me, it's all about prevention. As Ben Franklin says, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Absolutely. It's not just a saying. Right. That really makes a lot of sense. If you have to get into the cure stage, you're in trouble. If you can even be cured, it makes much more sense to focus on prevention. I believe that the top 10 causes of death are all preventable. So what does that mean? That means we're choosing to kill ourselves, right? At the end of the day, that's really the bottom line, is we are choosing to kill ourselves because it's the choices that we make to not prevent these diseases that are leading to an untimely death or to just an unhealthy life and an uncomfortable life at a minimum, as we get older. So prevention is really. That's the first principle. The. The book is about 10 principles. So that's the first principle is prevention. Hopefully you guys will come to the seminar, webinar workshop, read the book. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate it.
