So why are processes so important? Well an effective process ensures high quality, brings consistent results, creates efficiencies allows for effective delegation. It minimizes risk and ensures completeness. So here is the process we follow at rooftop we call it the success formula. You can use it to achieve any result. So here's the formula right here in a nutshell. First we create a mission statement. Second we create goals to achieve these missions. Third we prioritize our goals. Fourth we design plans to achieve our goals. Fifth we schedule in the prioritized actions from within our plans. Sixth we execute on our actions. Seventh we have an accountability strategy to ensure execution. Eighth we measure the progress on our plans which is are we executing the plans themselves? And we also measure the progress on our goals. Are we getting closer to the goal or maybe getting further away from it? And then we revise our plans if we're not on track. Ninth we persevere.
