Rich Bello recounts how sessions with his coaches left him empowered and enabled him to accomplish large goals. He realized much of his potential was locked away and that coaches had the key to unlock it. Motivated to maximize and share this effect, he created Rooftop as a mission-driven platform to help others unlock their potential.

Now. Many of my sessions with my coaches would leave me feeling so empowered, like I could accomplish gigantic goals. And I did. A little help from my friends, some of whom are here today now. I wondered why I felt so inspired after being with my coaches. And one day, I realized why. You see, I had no idea how much potential I truly had and how much of it was locked away deep inside of me. My coaches seemingly had the key to unlock my potential. I embarked on a mission to figure out how to unlock the maximum amount of it, not just for myself, but for others as well. And that's why I created Rooftop. I understood the power that coaching can unleash.
