Short YouTube conversation featuring Rich Bello advocating that the best investment leaders can make is in themselves first and then their employees (oxygen-mask metaphor). He promotes corporate wellness programs as a way to increase employee energy, camaraderie, collaboration, and reduce sick days, claiming a high return on that investment, and issues a call-to-action to attend a seminar/webinar/workshop and read his book.

People that understand leaders that actually understand you're getting a high return on your time and on your dollars by investing in your employees. The best investment you can make is in your first is in yourself. Right. And then in your employees. Yeah, it's kind of like oxygen mask. You got to invest yourself first. You won't be able to. You won't be helping your employees.
Absolutely. It sounds like that's what you're trying to re establish for other companies is to create that culture for them.
Yes. Yeah, that's, you know, that's what we're doing. We're offering corporate wellness programs for our clients. And, you know, we've said there's a lot of different services that we can provide for them. The key is getting them to understand the best investment you can make is in your employees and you get a high return on that investment.
Right.
In those areas that I was just talking about and the camaraderie and the collaboration in their energy and in their reduced sick days. Yes, you get a super high return on them. And if they have a lot of energy, they're going to be better at their job no matter what they're doing. Hopefully you guys will come to the seminar webinar workshop. Read the book. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
