Rich Bello discusses the role and value of corporate wellness in organizations and describes Arootah's offerings: trainer programs, on-site healthy food, nutritionists, health coaches, 10-week classes, corporate retreats, and a menu of services for firms. He previews a forthcoming book and seminar called 'Energy Principles' organized around roughly ten principles (starting with prevention) that cover sleep, exercise (aerobic and anaerobic), nutrition, stress, and longevity. The segment is conversational and promotional, aimed at encouraging firms to adopt holistic employee-wellness programs.

But how do you think corporate wellness fits into that whole subject? Oh, corporate wellness is huge. And do you have a corporate wellness program at your firm? And we did. Going back to my days at Tiger and working with Julianne Robertson, I had a trainer. It was great. And at Blue Ridge we had the same thing. We had trainers. We actually brought in people to make us healthy foods. You want to make sure you take care of the health of your employees. And they love it, you love it. And so for corporate wellness, we do engagements for firms. We'll go in and do a 10 week class for them. Work on things, work on their health goals. We'll bring in nutritionists, we'll bring in even health coaches to work on setting up plans for them. Wellness plan for the individual employees. So and now we're writing a book on wellness. I call it the Energy Principles. Wellness, health and energy to me are synonymous. So there's 1010 energy principles, starting with prevention. The first one, gotta get prevention. Right? That's where. That's what it's all about. The 10, in fact, the 10 leading causes of death are all preventable. Which when I talked to you, I was like, that means you're choosing to kill yourself. So we start with prevention. Then we talk about sleep. It's amazing how many executives do not get enough sleep. Talk about sleep. We go into exercise, aerobic, anaerobic exercise. We go into nutrition. We go into stress. I know you're very interested in that topic yourself. We talk about longevity. So this is going to be a seminar, webinar workshop. Take a look for it on our website. Really excited about it. Yeah, Corporate mom's just a big part of our business. We've got a lot of health coaches and we do these corporate wellness retreats. We have a whole menu of services which I believe are very, very important. Yeah, amazing. I really love the holistic approach. So necessary.
