I started Aruta organically. I coach my team at the industry leading hedge fund Blue Ridge Capital, a fund that I co founded over 25 years ago. I gravitated towards coaching because I love seeing people create their own opportunities and transform their lives, careers and businesses for the better. Our business consulting serves organizations through enterprise apps, speaking engagements, business advisory team and executive coaching startups.
