Why is process important? Consistency, right? You figure out a process, you're going to get the same result every time. It's efficient. We have a process, Boom. I need to do this. You don't have to recreate the wheel every time you're doing something very efficient. Accountability holds you accountable. Hey, follow this process. Doctors have checklists, right? You want to make sure they're following the process. Quality control, Follow the process. It's going to be high quality, a good process. You're always improving it. Delegation. You want somebody else to do something. You want to free yourself up. Write it down. Here you go. So scalability, risk management. That's very similar to quality control training. It's great for training, training somebody on a new job. Here's a process and collaboration. People can really rally around, really rally around the process.
