I've been journaling for over 30 years now, and here are three reasons why everyone should make journaling a part of their life. You see, journaling has helped me realize so many things about myself that I otherwise would have never, ever known. It's helped me look back, reflect on my journey, and truly understand myself at a level that I never would. And here are three reasons why I think that you should incorporate journaling into your life too. First, it helps you live consciously. Now, I don't know about you, but I find it's easy for me to sort of go on autopilot, kind of going through the motions in life. But journaling wakes me up and makes sure that I do those things that I need to do deliberately instead of just habitually. It helps you see the bigger picture and patterns in your life. You know, what you consistently do over time that has you operating at your best and also at your worst. This way you know the path to consistently being at your best and can do so. It also helps you keep your most magical memories accessible. You know, times you might forget, but once you have them documented, you're able to go back to the best times in your life. Remember the feelings that you were feeling, the friends around you at that time, and the details that often get lost over time. It's easy. Even more important if you're an entrepreneur, because your experience will always be the very best teacher that you'll ever have.
