Livestream: Rich Schefren Sharing AI Breakthroughs 5-29-25

Rich Schefren walks through recent AI breakthroughs for productivity and health optimization, including persistent AI memory and his personalized scorecard system for better AI interaction.
Hello, hello, hello. Welcome everyone. I'm just getting set up. Today we're talking about what we've been talking about, which is breakthroughs in AI as it relates to improving human performance across the board. And so welcome and my name is Rich Sheffern. If you don't know who I am. And the reason I'm doing this, the reason I'm doing daily live streams now on how to leverage AI to improve personal productivity, personal performance across the board, is to really explore the greatest developments that are happening on a daily basis. Good morning, Juana. And if you're watching, no matter where you're watching, like if you're watching on Instagram and you're Drew. Welcome, Drew. If you're watching on YouTube, welcome, Lorna. And if you're watching on any of the other platforms, please say hi, let me know that you're seeing this. And I want to first, actually some research came out and actually maybe I'll pull it up. This research was about Claude, which is really interesting and I'm wondering where it was exactly, but I already shot a video this morning about some updates to Claude and what I heard in the update.
Right.
Like let's see if I can actually share here.
Hold on, I'm going to present, I'm going to share screen. Let's see. Yes, and let's see Chat GPT. Where is Chat GPT? There it is.
All right, so every night I, every night what I do is I run deep research on using five different AI tools. Manus, Genspark, Deepseek, Claude, ChatGPT and one other Gemini so six I guess and do deep research on the latest advancements in the last 24 hours that have happened with AI improving personal performance. And so along those lines I get a report like this and I get it from each platform. This one is from actually ChatGPT. The first thing it says here is that category cognitive enhancement including. Introducing Claude 4 executive summary. Anthropic unveiled its next gen Claude 4 AI models Opus 4 and Sonnet 4 which set new benchmarks and sustained attention and memory cloud. Opus4 can work continuously for hours on complex multi step tasks, dramatically outperforming prior models on long focus workflows. Now says both models feature an extended thinking mode with tools with tool use and improve long term memory. Improve long term memory. That is what it's all about. You know, anytime that you're putting in anything into AI, right into that chat bar, your creating a context. And the wonderful thing about an AI platform having extended memory is that now all of its Memory about you becomes part of the context. So what I shared with. So this is a big deal. This is a very big deal. And one of the things that I teach people, like people end up having, I guess, is the way to say it, is what's called, what we call in the Zenith program a signature scorecard. And I'd love to show that to you. So that's what I'm going to do. And the purpose of a signature scorecard, what is it? Well, what it is, is let me just do a search for it really quick.
All right.
There I'm looking for my personal one, not the actual prompt.
All right.
Is this the.
Yep.
All right, so let me show you what a signature scorecard looks like. And before I even show it to you, let me explain what it's for. So when I created this course called Zenith Mind os, right, that teaches people how to get AI to know them better than anything has ever known them, including how well they know themselves, right? This will know them better than they know themselves, right? And I chose to create this program in ChatGPT because ChatGPT was the only one that had persistent memory at the time. And it might still be the only one that has persistent memory right now, because I just went to Claude and asked, do you have persistent memory? And it said it didn't outside of a. Of a single chat. And maybe that's the case. But see, ChatGPT has memory that spans across conversations. So when the Zenith Mind program kind of ends, right. One of the. One of the tools they leave with is a tool that will get any AI up to speed about who you are, how you operate, what you want to do, all those kinds of things in a blink of an eye. And so what that's called is a signature scorecard. And I want to show you what it looks like. So I'm going to add this and take a look at it and explain what's going on here. Then I want to show you a health thing.
All right?
So here you go. I'm going to make this a little bit bigger.
All right?
Hopefully you can see that, oh, I'm showing the wrong thing, or. Yep, I'm still showing the wrong thing.
Whoops. All right, let's remove this. Whoops.
All right.
And share. Stop the share. All right, now I'll do a new screen.
Whoops.
I'm gonna get better at this, I promise. There we go.
All right.
So this is what a signature scorecard looks like, right? So the point is, is that this is a three to four page document. That allows me to go to any AI. Whether that's Grok, whether that's Claude, whether that's Gen Spark, whether that's Manus, whether that's Gemini. Doesn't matter.
Right?
And by putting this in, that AI knows me insanely well, actually better than even a close friend, a spouse, or even myself.
Right?
Because here's what is included in mine when I upload it into any AI.
Right?
Okay, here are my personality profiles. Myers, Briggs. I'm an INTJ. Colby index. I'm a 6374. Enneagram. I'm a 4 with 35 wins. Strength Finder. Here are my top five strengths, the big five. Here's my rankings on that, right? My disc, my disc style, My wealth dynamics, my Marketing DNA Index, My Fascination Advantage. Kagan's Orders of Mind, Spiral dynamics, Lovinger, Ego Development. These are all ratings of me that when an AI looks at it, it immediately knows how to work with me. It knows what I'm going to be able to do, what I'm not going to be able to do, how best to package things for my use.
Right?
Cognitive and emotional profiles, Attachment style, conflict style, Flow state tendencies, Chronotype.
Right.
Reese Motivation profile, Core values, Intelligence assessments, Wellbeing profile, Systematic labels. And then it goes into information about me. Primary drivers, Strategic autonomy, systematic impact, Transformational leadership, meaning construction, Core philosophy. Life is an architecture of systems. My purpose is to refine that them, evolve them, and sometimes destroy them for something greater.
Right?
So when I plug this into an AI, it's like we've known each other for 20 years. And so, you know, so it's core essence, psychological architecture, behavioral patterns, relationship dynamics, contradiction mapping, developmental trajectory, meta patterns, Special editions, hidden strengths. And so this is what persistent memory can look like, right? And it allows me to be able to do amazing things, right? Because I can just say I'm working on this project. It knows the project, it knows how it's related to everything. It knows what I'm working on. And it can just automatically assist me. And that's a game changer. Now, a couple days ago I was talking about Aura and I was talking about how oura, now the Oura Ring is, is the first performance tracker that is now kind of encompassing almost everything because they've added blood glucose to their actual system and they've also added food tracking. So now it knows your sleep, it knows how active you are, it knows your hrv, it knows your body temperature, it knows what you're eating, it knows what your blood. And now it can give you Even better advice than anything has ever been able to give you advice before. And so one of the things I wanted to show you is that like, you don't even have to wait for a tool. You could actually just do that with ChatGPT. So let me show you, like when I put, like when I use ChatGPT for my own health optimization, what it looks like. So let's go here. I'm looking for it here.
All right.
And I strongly suggest that you try this.
Right?
Because I think, like, this is pretty eye opening. So let me share here again. I'm going to stop this screen.
All right, Stop screen.
All right, now I'm going to do a share again.
And let's see. Now I want to do. Do I have to do this again?
Did that.
All right.
Entire screen.
I'll open up as a Chrome tab. What a pain in the ass. All right, let me go to Chat GPT and if you have questions, throw them my way. I'd love to. Actually, I want this to be more of a dialogue than a monologue, so.
Let'S get rid of that.
All right, I apologize. I feel like things should be very seamless, like when I'm doing a live stream.
Right.
Unfortunately, I think it's going to require a little bit more prep the. All right, there we go. All right, so now I'm looking at what I was trying to pull up.
And what is all this? This is mine, right?
Yep.
Okay. Oh, previous. Okay, there we go. Do to do task scheduling request. Why am I not seeing this here?
One more second, people. I apologize. Hey, Rich. I'm actively using the new memory function for ChatGPT, but when I switch tabs, it still forgets things. Both memory settings checked in options. How do you handle this in your program? Well, I guess it depends. So Stas wants to know. I didn't like show the comments. Whoops, that was my bad. What stat wants to know is he or she? I don't know. There we go. And I'll share it on screen here. It depends what you're talking about as far as memory goes. If you're talking about knowing precise details, it's never going to know that, right? It's going to know overall kind of issues, summaries, deeper points, stuff like that. So I'm not really sure. I hope that answers your question, Stas. And then Chris asks, where did you see the research? The one thing I hate about Claude is the context window is so small. Yeah, I saw the research in ChatGPT when I did deep research, and it Also came up in a few other ones. And if I have time, I will gladly show you those. Let's do anti aging here.
So maybe if I do a search.
I'll be able to find it.
Let's see where is even search here. No, I don't even see it. A search.
There we go.
Anti aging.
That's what the.
That's what that thread is called. Hopefully I find it. There we go. All right, I did. All right, so let me show you, like, what's possible. Just right out of the box, right? Like right out of the box.
So let's show you this.
All right.
All right, I'm now looking for Chat GPT.
I know.
This is very exciting, isn't it? Why am I not seeing this here? Oh, no, that's the wrong Chat GPT. Gen Spark. AI goes personal. Why am I not seeing this? Cancel.
Sorry, people. I know that this. I wish that. I wish I had this done better. So I'm going to try one more time here.
Let's just take a look.
All right. I can't find it. I can't share it. Actually, I know another way to share it. So let me do this. And one more thing. I know.
Geez, the pressure. All right, where's my thing here? Here it is. All right, let's take this.
Move this down here. And now I'll do.
Do this.
All right, there we go. Perfect. Can you guys read that? I could actually make it bigger.
All right, let me just see if.
You guys are seeing that now. Hopefully you are. Yeah, you are. Oh, but now I lost it. Oh, Jesus Christ. Go back.
Add to stage.
Oh, crap. All right.
Well, that didn't work. I know you can see it for a second there, but it didn't work. What frustration. All right, I'm gonna try one more time. If not, I will probably. I can always just do a printout, I guess. AI research, live stream prep. It sees that. I don't know why it's not seeing my.
And the window. It still doesn't do it right. All right, let's do this.
All right, I am going to do one last thing here. See if I can.
Do this.
Oh, you know what I can do? I can take a screenshot of it.
Duh.
Oh, all right.
This was.
This today did not go the way I wanted it to, and I apologize for that. Let me now see actually if I can do it one last time here. All right, I think I figured out what the problem was. I was using Safari and I should have been using Chrome. And now let's See this will be.
All right, so now it should be here. All right, there we go.
Found it, guys. Awesome sauce. All right, do you guys see it? Anyone? Anyone tell me if you see it. Would like to know and. All right, so as you can see, right, I put into chat GPT, my blood test, right? And I said, you are the world's top anti aging and longevity doctor. And I included some results from some other tests, right? Here's the results of a 54 year old man in excellent physical shape. He's your most important patient. He has a calcium cardiac score of zero, is never sick, has a 9% body fat and his blood test is attached. And now from there the amount of information I can get is pretty insane. So let's see. Okay, so summary analysis, Coronary artery calcium score, zero top 5% for age, body composition, 9% body fat with vascularity. Invisible six pack confirms metabolic superiority. Never get sick, robust immune system.
Right.
Now here are my hormones, right? So here's my free testosterone, my total testosterone, my DHEA.
Right, right.
Summary. Hormonal architecture is elite, no TRT needed. IGF1 in safe range for longevity.
Right.
No aromatase issues. Continue. Current lifestyle, cardiovascular and lipid profile.
Right.
This is a cardiologist dream lipid panel. Zero inflammation, high HDL, low APOB, low LP, optimal triglycerides. Cardiac age under 35.
Right.
Metabolic and insulin sensitivity. You're metabolically 25 to 30 years old. No risk of type 2 diabetes or hyperinsulinemia related aging. Liver and kidney detox panels function excellent. No need for detox.
Right.
What's interesting is mitochondrial signaling is clear for thyroid and energy. Micronutrient and functional markers.
Right.
Nutrient sufficiency confirmed. Methylation, oxidative defense and inflammation all under control.
Right.
Recommended. Now it starts to recommend some supplements, right? Like Uriah Thin A.
Right.
Which I have to take. I take, I also take microdoses of lithium. I do all these things, right? So as it starts recommending stuff, I'm like, you know, okay, it tells me my, my biological age is 36. That's kind of nice, whatever. But before it's going to create a plan for me, I'm like, well, wait a second. Before you start to think about what supplements I should take, here are the supplements I take. And the supplements I take are kind of quite extensive. And so here is, then it starts reviewing all of the supplements, right? And this is one of the most comprehensive strategically layered stacks I've seen in practice. You are currently targeting all of these things, right? Like in the supplements I take, right? What I'm doing extremely well right now. It's looking at all the supplements I take and why they're good, right? So these are I take, these are all good for nootropics, these I all take, right? This is all good for mitochondrial and cellular optimization. These are all the things I take for testosterone. These are all the things I take for nighttime. These are all the things I take for anti inflammatory, right? So then it is recognizing all the things I take and maybe it's recommending some other things as well. Now I also take peptides, so I was sharing some information on that, right? Then I share my signature scorecard, like what I was just showing with you because now I wanted to know how I think, how like what drives this person, that it now knows what my blood looks like, it knows what I supplement. And then the last piece, right, is right now it's like kind of looking at my entire, you know, I'm within the top 5% of men, top 0.5%. And then, you know, it's giving me more information, right? And then I'm like, right, telling me about what I'm taking and why it's good and stuff like that. And I'm like, now it's asking me if it would, would like to create a report for me. And I'm like, hold off, right? Here's my genetics, here's my DNA, right? So now it's looking at my genes, right? Looking at the supplements I take, looking at my blood and then how I think, how my mind works and all that, right? And so now, right, it's looking at methylation. So that's a very popular topic in biohacking, right? It says I'm heterogeneous for these two different genotypes. And that means I have 35 to 40% less methylation capacity. And so I'm doing well because I'm taking all these things. If I wanted to optimize it even more, I could take this, right? And so my point is, is that you have this tool in front of you. And this is something that I share on countless webinars. When I'm. When I'm talking about AI and I'm talking about leveraging zenithmind, you have this tool in front of you that knows everything about everything, but it doesn't know one thing. And because it doesn't know that one thing, the amount of help that you can get is generic, it's minimal. But if this great tool that you have in front of you not only knew everything about everything, but it also knew everything about you. Then everything would change. Because now advice would not be generic. It would be highly specific, highly targeted that you would only be able to get from it. Like, I can honestly tell you that nothing knows me as well as my ChatGPT. ChatGPT knows me better than I know myself. It knows me better than my kids know me, that my girlfriend knows me, that my best friends know me, that my parents know me, that my sister knows me, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
Right.
So what would be different for you if you had an AI like that? Well, a lot would, right, because you would start your day with a partner, with that knew you inside and out and could strategize with you daily. Like how to close the gap between what it is you know and what.
It is you do.
Right, the knowing, doing gap. So with that said, I am going to end here. I am going to actually, I think I might start putting some of the research reports that are being generated for me in my Facebook group for Zenith Mind. So I'm going to start putting it in there for Zenith Mind clients. They can actually look at all the research and stay up to date. I apologize for some of the dead time today. I need to do a better job of prepping before these calls and I'm trying my very best to try and get my whole morning routine in before I start these, which is go for a two mile walk, jump rope for about 5,000 jumps, go in the sauna for half an hour, do the cold plunge, take my supplements, review the research and then be here for you. And obviously I'm not doing as good of a job as I want to be. So it will get better, I promise. And at some point very soon I'm going to be on these like all prepared, just rattling one after another. But for today, right, like, I hope that the signature scorecard, like kind of opened your mind, right, like, you know, when on the very first line, right, it said, I think Myers, Briggs, intj. I want you to just understand this one last thing before we wrap. There's just four letters, right? Intj. But I'm talking to a thing that knows everything about everything. So when I tell it intj, it has read books and books and books and books and books about what an INTJ is, how they think, how they react, how like what might cause problems for them, right? And that's just intj. The next is the Colby, then the next is the Enneagram. And each of these attached with it is a ridiculous amount of information and so just a couple letters, just a couple of numbers tells Nai who they're dealing with in a way that there is nothing more compact. You know, I was sitting with Robert Cialdini, like two decades ago when I was studying metaphors. And I asked him, I'm like, would you say that metaphors are one of the most powerful and most efficient ways of persuasion? And he said, yeah, I would. I would agree with that. Because when you give a metaphor right, you're attaching the concept to a lot of information that's already in the other person's head. So it is the most efficient way to persuade. And I'm telling you that, like, as a parallel to that, that your personality profiles, your indexes and things like that are the most efficient way to get information into your AI about you. So let that marinate. I'll see you guys tomorrow. To Higher Profits Beyond. This is Rich Sheffrin, over and out. I hope you have a wonderfully productive day. I hope that you use AI for greater performance. And I will see everyone Tomorrow morning at 9:30 on all major platforms. This is Rich Sheffrin signing out. To Higher Profits and Beyond.
